Verschluss für Kleider, Schuhe, Zelte und dergleichen. Einen Nut- und einen Wulstrand aus ela stischem Material aufweisende Verschlüsse für Kleider, Schuhe, Zelte und dergleichen, bei denen der WuIst von Hand oder mittels Schiebers mit der Nut gekuppelt wird, sind bekannt.
Diese Art von Verschlüssen erweisen sich für manche Zwecke als zu schwach.
Um die Widerstandsfähigkeit solcher Verschlüsse gegen unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen unter dem Einfluss von quer zu den Rändern gerichteten Zugkräften zu erhöhen, ist beim erfindungsgemässen Verschluss, der ebenfalls einen elastischen Nut-, einen elastischen Wulsfrand und einen Kupplungsschieber auf weist, der eine der beiden Ränder beidseitig einer Mittelebene mit mindestens einer par allel zur Verschlusskante laufenden Längs nute und der andere mit einer in die Nute passenden Längsfeder versehen.
Ein solcher Verschluss kann relativ hohen quer zu den Rändern gerichteten Zugkräf ten standhalten, gleichgültig, ob die Längs nuten in dem Nutrand oder indem Wulst rand angeordnet sind. Zur Vergrösserung der Widerstandsfähig keit des gekuppelten Verschlusses gegen über Öffnungsversuchen und zur Erhöhung der Wasserdichtigkeit können die auf der einen; Seite einer Mittelebene des Nut- und des Wulstrandes angeordnete Längsnute und Feder gegenüber der auf der andern Seite angeordneten Nute und Feder versetzt sein.
Bei beispielsweise für schwere Zeltbah nen bestimmten Verschlüssen kann zur Er- höbung der Gasdichtigkeit an der Stirnseite des Wulstrandes noch eine Nut und im Grund des Nutrandes eine in diese Nut des Wulst randes passende- Feder angeordnet sein.
Das Kuppeln und Entkuppeln der Ver- schlussränder muss durch einen Kupplungs schieber erfolgen.
Im weiteren kann der Wulstrand auf sei ner der Verschlusskante abgekehrten Seite abgesetzt und von einem Stoffstreifen um fasst und mit diesem verklebt sein, so dass der freibleibende Rand des Stoffstreifens mit dem einen Teil des mit dem Verschluss zu versehenden Gegenstandes vernäht werden kann.
Anderseits kann der Nurtrand auf seiner der Verschlusskante abgekehrten Seite eine schlitzartige Nut aufweisen, in die ein Stoff streifen eingeführt und mit den Lappen der Nut verklebt ist, so dass der freibleibende Rand dieses Stoffstreifens mit dem andern Teil des mit dem Verschluss zu versehenden Gegenstandes vernäht werden kann.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungs gegenstand in mehreren Ausführungsbeispie len dargestellt. Es zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch eine Aus führungsform, geschnitten nach der Linie II-II der Fig. 4 durch den Schieber, Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt durch eine andere Ausführungsform ohne den Schieber, Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt durch eine wei tere Ausführungsform,

1 ist der Wulstrand aus elastischem Ma terial, beispielsweise aus Kautschuk oder einem Kunststoff. 1' und 1" sind im Wulst rand beidseitig der Mittelebene 1-I in Fig. 1 parallel zur Verschlusskante laufende und gegeneinander versetzt angeordnete 'keilför mige Längsnuten- 2 ist der Nutrand, 2"' der Grund des Nutrandes,
2' und 2" sind eben falls beidseitig der Mittelebene I-I in Fig. l am Nutrand parallel zur Verschluss'kante laue fende und gegeneinander versetzt angeord nete Längsfedern, die in die Längsnuten 1.' und 1" passen.
3 ist eine am Nutrand auf dessen der Verschlusskante abgekehrten Seite vorgesehene schlitzartige Nut für die Auf nahme des Stoffstreifens 4, der einerseits mit den die Nut bildenden Lappen des Nutrandes 2 verklebt ist, anderseits mit dem diesen Teil des Verschlusses tragenden Teil 6' des Gegen standes vernäht wird.
In ähnlicher Weise wird der Wulstrand 1 auf seiner der Verschlusskante abgekehrten Seite von einem Stoffstreifen 5 umfasst, der einerseits mit ihm verklebt ist und ander seits mit dem diesen Teil des Verschlusses tragenden Teil 6 des Gegenstandes vernäht wird.
Der Kupplungsschieber wie er in den Fig. 4-6 passend für die Ausführungsform nach Fig. 1 dargestellt ist, weist zwei durch eine einseitig offene Keilhülse 8 verbundene Schilde 7 und 7' auf; er ist derart ausge bildet, dass sich die Schilde 7 und 7' in der Längsrichtung erweitern und gleichzeitig ihr Abstand zunimmt. Die einseitig offene Keil hülse 8, welche die Schilde 7 und 7' ver bindet, weist entsprechend, den Längsnuten und Federn geformte, parallel zur Stirnwand der Keilhülse verlaufende Vorsprünge 10 und 10' auf.
Die mit den Vorsprüngen 10 und 10' ver sehene einseitig offene Keilhülse 8 erstreckt sich nicht bis zu den stirnseitigen Schieber begrenzungskanten, so da,ss den beiden durch die Keilhülse des Schiebers gekuppelten Ver- schlussrändern durch die Schilde noch eine verlängerte Führung erteilt wird.
Die Schilde 7 und 7' sind an den freien Längskanten 7" umgebogen. Die beiden andern Längskanten der Schilde sind mit den Lappen 9 und 9' der Keilhülse 8 verbunden. Die Vorsprünge 10 und 10' führen bei Be tätigung des Schiebers durch Zug am Griff 11 im kuppelnden Sinne bei Bewegung des Schiebers in Richtung des Pfeils A in Fig. 4 die Nuten 1 und 1" des Wulstrandes 1 in die Federn 2' und 2" des Nutrandes 2- ein (Fig. 1). Bei Zug in entgegengesetzter Rich tung erfolgt die Entkupplung.
Die Aufbringung des Kupplungssehie- bers auf den Nut- und Wul.strand 2 und 1 erfolgt durch Aufschieben desselben auf die einen Enden der Ränder, mit der erweiterten Schildseite voran, wobei nach Durchtritt des Nut- und Wulstrandes durch den .Schieber die betreffenden Enden der Ränder mitein ander fest verbunden sind.
Bei der Ausführung nach Fig. 2 besitzen die Nuten 1' und 1" des Wulstrandkopfes 1"' des Wulstrandes 1 und die Federn 2' und 2" des Nutrandes 2 im Querschnitt die Form einer Schwalbenschwanzhälfte. Die Längsnuten und Längsfedern könnten auch halbkreisför migen Querschnitt aufweisen.
Zur Erhöhung der Gasdichtigkeit des Verschlusses ist nach Fig. 3 auf dem Grund \?"' der Nut des Nutrandes 2 noch eine Fe der 13 angeordnet, die mit ihrem Kopf 14 hi eine Nut 12 an der Stirnseite des Wulst randkopfes 1"' des Wulstrandes 1 eingreift. Auch diese Nut 12 wird mit der Feder 13/14 analog den andern Längsnuten und Federn durch die entsprechend geformte Keilhülse des Schiebers beim Kuppeln des Verschlusses in Eingriff gebracht. (In der Zeichnung nicht näher dargestellt.)

These types of closures prove to be too weak for some purposes.
In order to increase the resistance of such closures against unintentional opening under the influence of tensile forces directed transversely to the edges, the closure according to the invention, which also has an elastic groove edge, an elastic bead edge and a coupling slide, has one of the two edges on both sides of a central plane provided with at least one longitudinal groove running parallel to the closing edge and the other with a longitudinal tongue that fits into the groove.
Such a closure can withstand relatively high tensile forces directed transversely to the edges, regardless of whether the longitudinal grooves are arranged in the groove edge or in the bead edge. To increase the resistance of the coupled closure against opening attempts and to increase the water tightness, the one on the one; Side of a center plane of the groove and the bead edge arranged longitudinal groove and tongue can be offset from the groove and tongue arranged on the other side.
