The invention relates to a clamp for attaching net curtains, tension curtains, window pictures or the like to windows and doors with glass filling (vitrified glass clamp)

When installing net curtains, tension curtains, window pictures or similar, problems with fastening always arise, especially on plastic and aluminum windows and doors.

The known fastenings are partly glued or screwed onto the sash frame or window frame. This has the disadvantage that, for example, in the case of glued-on curtain hooks, the adhesive strength decreases due to heat or moisture and the hooks come loose again.

Another disadvantage is the use of stained glass hooks that are screwed to the window frame profile; the damage to the profile caused by this cannot be repaired, especially in the case of plastic and aluminum windows and doors.

The same negative facts apply to wooden windows and doors, but repairs can be made here using wood putty or similar. In addition, there is a certain risk of accidents with the existing and usual fastenings, with regard to hand injuries caused by the curtain rod hook when cleaning the windows.

The object of the invention is to provide a simple and reusable brace clamp where the disadvantages mentioned no longer occur.

This object is achieved with a stained glass clip having the features of claim 1.

In a further embodiment of the invention, it is proposed that the one-piece L-shaped stained glass clip with movable stained glass hook is preferably made of metal and covered with a plastic coating, for example in the colors of the respective window and door profiles.

The advantages achieved with the invention are in particular that the stained glass clip can be used equally on all door and window profiles, for example; wood, aluminum, steel and plastic. Further advantages of the stained glass clip according to the invention are that the one-piece stained glass clip can be removed with the curtain during cleaning work and thus no longer poses a risk of accidents. In addition, it is now possible to adjust the stained glass clip as desired and individually to suit the wishes and requirements regarding the height.

What is particularly worth emphasizing is the fact that there is no need to glue, screw or drill the stained glass clip.

Additional advantages of this inventive stained glass clip are the possibility that the stained glass hook can be positioned not only outside the sash or window frame, but also between the glazing beads.

This also creates the possibility of attaching a curtain or similar within the thickness of the plasterboard, which can be very advantageous in confined spaces.

The basic structure of the stained glass clip shown consists of an L-shaped piece, namely a clamp bracket 60, 140 with a leg 140 and a clamp leg 60

The stained glass clip works as follows:

In order to ensure that the stained glass window is held securely and firmly, the clamping leg 60 of the clamping bracket is pressed between the glass strip 50 with the rubber seal 40 and the glass pane 30.

Then the pressure bracket 90, 130 is pressed firmly against the glass strip 50 with its leg 90 at a right angle to the leg 130 until it stops and is bent at a right angle to the leg 130 so that the clamping bracket 60 with its clamping leg 60 is parallel to the pressure bracket 90.
