Bisher gab es zum Abdichten z.B. von Tankstellen nur die u.a. im Anforderungskatalog des Ministeriums für Umwelt, Raumordnung und Landwirtschaft aufgeführten Verfahren. Diese Verfahren sind unter dem Punkt 6.2. Bodenbefestigung und -abdichtung aufgeführt und beschrieben. Bei diesen Verfahren kommt es besonders beim späteren Einbau (dazu sind alle Tankstellen bis 1995 verpflichtet)zu Problemen. Der Vorhandene Pflasterbelag muß inkl. Unterbau aufgenommen und entsorgt werden, damit der neu oberirdisch abdichtende Belag eingebaut werden kann. Es erfolgt auch eine optische Beeinträtigung der befestigten Fläche.
