Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Bildung eines Tabakstranges an Strangzigarettenmaschinen
mit einem am Umfang einer Drehscheibe gebildeten Strangkanal1, dessen Außenwand von
dem über einen Teil des Scheibenumfanges mitlaufenden Papierband gebildet wird, das zusammen
mit dem vorgepreßten Tabakstrang den Seheibenumfang tangential verläßt. Derartige Vorrichtungen sind bekannt. Bei ihnen wird der Tabak
von außen in die Umfangsnut einer in senkrechter Ebene umlaufenden Drehscheibe an einer Stelle eingeführt,
an welcher die Umfangsnut noch nicht von dem Papierband abgedeckt ist. Danach gelangt der
zunächst noch lose Tabak auf das über Gegenrollen einlaufende Papierband und wird auf diesem zu
einem Strang vorgepreßt. Nach einer anderen bekannten Ausführungsform wird der noch lose
Tabak mittels einer Gegenrolle in der Umfangsnut der Drehscheibe zunächst vorgeformt bzw. vorgepreßt
