Description

Eine bewndeTs einfache. Herstellungsmöglichkeit hochwertiger Pumpenlaufräder besteht darin, daß man sie aus gepreßten-Blechteilen herstellt, die durch Schweißung vexb#unden werden. Die Preßteile werden duTch zwei Drehteile ergänzt, nämlich die, Radnabe, und einen VerstIrktings# ode-T Dichtungsring am Radeintritt. Die Deckscheiben können da,I>,-i eben oder gewölbt sein. Die, Erfindung betrifft den FaJ1 gewölbter Deckscheiben. Es, müssen, ailsoi die Deckscheiben, die aus. einer BlechtaIel ausgeschnitten Werden, durch Pressen in die gewünschte Fo,rrn, gebracht werden. Die verwendeten Bleche sind verhältnismäßig dünn, müssen jedoch, nach Ausführung des Preßvorganges völlig glatt und faltenfrei setin, eine- Bedingung,,die nur schwer einzuhalten ist. Das Herstellungsverfahren dieser Deckscheiben wird wesentlich. günstiger und sicherer, wenn gemäß der Erfindung an. den Außenrand der Scheibe eine Krempe, angepreßt wird, die nach Fertigstellung des Laufrades durch eine spanabhebende Bearbeitung wieder beseitigt wird, Die angepreßte Y,-xempe stellt sicher, daß die Scheibenoberfläche nach dem Preßvorgang keineTleii Faltung aufweist, die die, StTöniung innerhalb de# Sohaufelkanäle beeinträchtigen könnte. Die Erfindung sei an Hand eines Ausfühiungsbeispiels erläuteTt.
