Durch das Verschrauben der Stange 7 mit der Hülse 6 im Schraubbereich 9 wird der wasserdichte Einkapselunigszustand gemäß Abb. i herbeigeführt, während durch das Herausschrauben der Stange 7 aus dem Schraubbereich 9 und Niederlassen der Stange 7 der entkapselte Zustand gemäß Abb.2 herbeigeführt wird, wobei sich der Schraubteit i i der Stange 7 auf das Gewinde 12 der Hülse 6 abstützt.
