Bei bekannten Schreibunterlagen der gattungsgemäßen Art besteht nun die Randleiste aus Kunststoff, wobei sie mit der Karton- oder Papp-Unterlage stoffschlüssig verbunden ist. Da nun in der Regel nach Verbrauch der Blätter des Notizblockes solche Schreibunterlagen bzw. die dann noch übrigbleibenden "Reste", d. h. insbesondere die Unterlage mit ihrer Randleiste, nicht mehr weiterverwendet, sondern entsorgt ("weggeworfen") werden, ist diese bekannte Ausführung vor allem deshalb nachteilig, weil aus Umweltschutzgründen, d. h. im Hinblick auf eine stets erwünschte Recycelbarkeit zur Wiederverwendung von Rohstoffen, eine stoffschlüssige Verbindung unterschiedlicher Materialien - hier Kunststoff und Pappe/Karton - stets bedenklich ist, da hierdurch eine "sortenreine" Trennung der Materialien nahezu unmöglich ist, so daß ein Recycling der Kunststoff-Randleisten jedenfalls nicht oder nur mit sehr großem Aufwand möglich ist; denn hierzu müßten alle an der Verbindungsleiste haften gebliebenen Reste des Kartonbzw. Pappmaterials der Unterlage entfernt werden, was aber in der Praxis unwirtschaftlich ist. Die bekannten Schreibunterlagen werden daher bisher nachteiligerweise einer "üblichen" Entsorgung (Deponie oder Verbrennung) zugeführt. Darüber hinaus sind die bekannten Schreibunterlagen auch noch relativ teuer, wenn man berücksichtigt, daß es sich hier oftmals um Werbegeschenke handelt, die in sehr großen Stückzahlen hergestellt und dann aber kostenlos z. In einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Randleiste in ihrer auf dem Randbereich des Papierblocks liegenden Lage durch mindestens ein Arretierelement lösbar arretiert.
