Bisher sind Ordnerrückenschilder bekannt, die entweder auf Bögen montiert als Klebeschilder oder als Einzelschilder zum Einschieben in Taschen ausgeprägt sind.So far, folder spine labels are known that are either mounted on sheets as adhesive labels or as individual labels for insertion into pockets.

Die hier vorliegenden Schildsegmente sind perforierte DIN-A-4-Bögen -mit passenden Stanzungen zu den Taschen von Schutzfolien für Ordnerrücken (Abb.l) und beliebiger anderer Taschensysteme, an die wieder nur die Perforationsmaße angepaßt werden müssen. Die Schildsegmente dienen dazu, die Beschriftung der Rückenschilder, die sich unter der Schutzfolie befinden, zu ändern - durch Einschub der Schildsegmente in die Taschen der Schutzfolien, die die unter den Taschen befindliche Schrift (Abb. 1) auf dem Rückenschild dann abdecken. Das Bedrucken der Schildsegmente soll durch computergestützte Drucker möglich sein. Dies wird dadurch erzielt, daß die perforierten Schildsegmentbögen ( Abb.2 ) als ganze DIN-A -4-Bögen in die Drucker gleich Briefbögen eingeführt werden können. Die feine Perforation hilft dabei, einen Papierstau durch Aufschieben im Drucker zuverhindern. Die beschrifteten Schildsegmente können dann wie Briefmarken vom Bogen abgetrennt werden. Die seitlich durchlaufenden Perforationen ermöglichen die Weiterverwendung des Restbogens bis fast zum völligen Verbrauch der Schildsegmente (Abb. 2).The label segments presented here are perforated DIN A4 sheets - with matching punchings for the pockets of protective film for folder spines (Fig. 1) and any other pocket system, for which only the perforation dimensions have to be adapted. Shield segment sheets for insert pockets of protective films for folder spines and other insert pocket systems, characterized in that the shield segments (Fig. 1) are created by perforating DIN A4 sheets of paper (Fig. 2), which in their dimensions match the insert pockets - allow insertion without difficulty and without too much play, that the paper corresponds in thickness to accounting paper, that the paper can be processed on computer-aided printers, that the fine quality of the perforations ensures that the shield segments can be easily torn off and prevents paper jams caused by the perforation bending in the printer, and that the perforations running through the sides allow the sheet to be reused after tearing off until the shield segments are almost completely used up (Fig. 2).
