B. auf dem Grundrabm#en zu be- festigenden Rahmen od. dgl. Umleitrollen anzu- ordnen, welche die Widerstandsübungen des ver- steiften Gliedes in der gewünschten Richtung er- möglichen. Bei einem Gerät gemäß der Erfindung ergeben sich geg#enüber den bisherigen Methoden wesent- liche Vorteilie bei der Behandlung von Gelenk- verstelfungen. Durch die Ausführung als leichtes transportables Gerät ist es möglich, übungen auch im Krankenbett vorzunehmen, die der Patient selbst aus-führt. Bei hochgradiger Versteifung eines Gliedes kann das Oberarm- bzw. Oberschenkel- lager möglichst kleinwinklig zur Grundplatte ein- gestellt werden, um dann, entsprechend der fort- sichreitenden Beugemöglichkeit jeweils in seinem Winkel verändert zu werden. Die elastische Zug- schnur ist ebenfalls im Gerät veränderbar gelagert, so daß die Widerstandskraft jeweils den Erforder- nissen der vom Patienten auszuführenden übungen in der D,osierung angepaßt werden kann. Gerät nach Anspruch i und 2, dadurch gekennze#ichnet, daß als Zugoirgan im Grund- rahmen eine über Leitrollen (8, 8a) ge-führte elastische Schnur (9), Feder od. dgl. angeordnet ist, dereneines Ende (io) in Haltevorrichtungen (12) am Grundrahmen entsprechend der ge- wünschten Zugkraft festliegbar ist und deren anderes, freies Ende (13) mit einer um das Fuß- geleruk bzw. Handgelenk gelegten Manschiette (ig), beispielsweise aus Leder, verbunden ist. 4. Gerät nach Anspruch, i bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Grundrahm#en zwischen seäien beiden Längsaußenleisten (ja > I b) eine mit ;auf ihrer Länge in gleichmäßigem Abstand an- .geordneten Bohrungen (17) versehene Leiste (3) vorgesehen ist.

Gerät nach Anspruch 1, 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine Leit-ra,1.le (8a) in einem winklig gebogenen Klotz (14) gelagert ist, der an seinem einen S chenkel ( 15) senkrecht .zur Ebeine der Leitrolle Bolzen (16) trägt, die entsprechend dem gewünschten Abstand bzw. ,der aufzuwendenden Zugkraft der elastischen Schnur in die Bohrungen (17) der Mittelleiste (3) gesteckt werden. ,6. Gerät nach Anspruch i und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß statt des Oberschenkellagers (5) ein entsprechend ausgebildetes Oberarmlager vorgesehen ist und beispielsweise auf einefin zu- sätzlichen, z. B. auf dem Grundrahmen aufsetz- baren Rahmengestell Leitrollen angeordnet sind, ü'beir die die elastische Schnur zum Handgelenk geiührt ist, so daß eine der Beinhewegung analoge Bewegung des Armes erzielt wird. 7. Gerät nach Anspruch i bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an diesem Umleitrollen für die elastische Schnur beispielsweise in einem zusätzlich-en, au# den Grundrahmen aufsteck- baren Rahrnengestell an-geordnet sind, so daß übungen gegen einen Widerstand in Beuge- richtung durchgeführt werden können.
