Claims (23)
1. Verstärktes Bauelement, umfassend: ein eine offene Rinne definierendes Bauelement; eine in der genannten Rinne
angeordnete und an das genannte Bauelement geklebte Strukturschaumschicht, wobei die genannte
Strukturschaumschicht eine Geometrie hat, die der Form der genannten Rinne entspricht, und eine auf der genannten
Schaumschicht angeordnete Einlage, wobei die genannte Einlage eine Geometrie hat, die der Form der genannten
Schaumschicht entspricht.
2. Verstärktes Bauelement nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das genannte Bauelement ein Träger ist.
3. Verstärktes Bauelement nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der genannte Strukturschaum Glasmikrosphären aufweist.
4. Verstärktes Bauelement nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die genannte Einlage eine Folie mit einer Dicke von etwa 0,05
bis 0,38 mm (0,002 bis 0,015 inch) ist.
5. Verstärktes Bauelement nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die genannte ausgehärtete Strukturschaumschicht eine Dicke von
etwa 3,18 bis 12,7 mm (1/8 inch bis 1/2 inch) hat.
6. Verstärktes Bauelement nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das genannte Bauelement ein Metallpreßteil ist.
7. Verstärktes Bauelement nach Anspruch 1, bei dem zwei
der genannten Bauelemente in der Form einer Röhre miteinander verbunden sind.
8. Verstärktes Bauelement nach Anspruch l, bei dem der
genannte Strukturschaum ein Treibmittel enthält.
9. Verfahren zum Verstärken eines Bauelements, das die folgenden Schritte umfaßt: Inberührungbringen einer planen
Schicht thermisch ausdehnbaren Strukturkunstharzes mit einer planen Folie, um einen zweischichtigen geschichteten
Vorformling zu bilden,- Anordnen des zweischichtigen
D &Egr;'/ E P O S1 7 5 O 6 T1
geschichteten Vorformlings in Berührung mit einem konstruktionsrinnendefinierenden Teil, so daß der
zweischichtige geschichtete Vorformling die Rinne bedeckt; Anpassen des zweischichtigen Vorformlings an die Form der
genannten Rinne, so daß der thermisch ausdehnbare Kunstharzteil des genannten zweischichtigen Vorformlings
mit dem genannten konstruktionsrinnendefinierenden Teil in Berührung ist, und Erhitzen des genannten zweischichtigen
geschichteten Vorformlings und des genannten konstruktionsrinnendefinierenden Teils zum Ausdehnen des
genannten thermisch ausdehnbaren Kunstharzes.
10. Verfahren zum Verstärken eines Bauelements nach
Anspruch 9, das des weiteren den Schritt des Wegschneidens von überschüssigem zweischichtigem geschichtetem
Vorformling vor dem genannten Schritt des Erhitzens aufweist.
11. Verfahren zum Verstärken eines Bauelements nach Anspruch 9, bei dem das genannte Bauelement ein Träger ist.
12. Verfahren zum Verstärken eines Bauelements nach
Anspruch 9, bei dem der genannte zweischichtige Vorformling durch Extrudieren einer Schicht des genannten thermisch
ausdehnbaren Strukturkunstharzes auf einer Schutzabziehfolie geformt wird und die genannte plane Folie
dann auf die genannte thermisch ausdehnbare Strukturkunstharzschicht g"elegt wird.
13. Verfahren zum Verstärken eines Bauelements nach
Anspruch 9, bei dem die genannte Folie eine Dicke von etwa 0,05 bis 0,38 mm (0,002 bis 0,015 inch) hat.
14. Verfahren zum Verstärken eines Bauelements nach
0 Anspruch 9, bei dem das genannte thermisch ausdehnbare Kunstharz vor dem Erhitzungsschritt eine Dicke von etwa
3,18 mm (1/8 inch) bis etwa 6,35 mm (1/4 inch) und nach dem genannten Erhitzungsschritt eine Dicke von etwa 3,18 mm
(1/8 inch) bis etwa 12,7 mm (1/2 inch) hat.
15. Verfahren zum Verstärken eines Bauelements nach Anspruch 9, bei dem das genannte Bauelement ein Metallpreßteil ist.
15. Verfahren zum Verstärken eines Bauelements nach Anspruch 9, bei dem das genannte Bauelement ein Metallpreßteil ist.
16. Verfahren zum Verstärken eines Bauelements nach Anspruch 9, bei dem zwei der genannten Bauelemente geformt
und dann in der Form einer Röhre miteinander verbunden werden.
17. Verfahren zum Verstärken eines Bauelements nach Anspruch 9, bei dem der genannte Strukturschaum
Mikr&ogr;Sphären enthält.
18. Verfahren zum Verstärken eines Bauelements nach
Anspruch 9, bei dem die genannte Folie Stahl- oder Aluminiumfolie ist.
19. Verfahren zum Verstärken eines Bauelements nach
Anspruch 9, bei dem die genannte Folie aus glasfasergefülltem Kunstharz ist.
20. Verfahren zum Verstärken eines Teils, das die folgenden Schritte umfaßt: Extrudieren einer Schicht
thermisch ausdehnbaren Kunstharzes als eine Schicht auf der Oberfläche einer Schutzabziehfolie; Legen einer Folie auf
das genannte Kunstharz, um ein Laminat zu bilden, Stanzen des genannten Laminats auf eine vorbestimmte Form; Anordnen
des Laminats auf einem Teil mit einer nichtplanen Geometrie, Anpassen des Laminats an die Geometrie des
nichtplanen Teils und thermisches Ausdehnen und Verkleben des Kunstharzes mit dem nichtplanen Teil.
21. Verstärktes Bauelement nach Anspruch 1, bei dem an dem genannten Bauelement eine Verschlußplatte angeordnet ist,
die die genannte Rinne verschließt.
22. Verstärktes Bauelement nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die genannte Folie perforiert ist.
23 . Verfahren zum Verstärken einer Struktur nach Anspruch
