Description
Beim Bohren von verhältnismäßig weichen Metallen mit den üblichen Spiralbohrern wird das Material durch die Bohrerspitze sowohl an der Bohrereintrittsseite als auch an dessen Austrittsseite nach außen gedrückt. Es zeigt sich an beiden Seiten des Werkstückes ein Grat oder Krater, der durch einen zweiten Arbeitsgang weggenommen werden muß. Es ist so eine Nacharbeit erforderlich, die besonders bei großen Stückzahlen einen unerwünschten Arbeitsaufwand mit sich bringt. Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, diesen 1`?achteil dadurch zu beseitigen, daß die Bohrerschneiden an der Mantellinie über die Mitte des Bohrers hinausragen.
