Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein steriles Spendersystem bei dem ein Wirkstoffbehälter (300), der durch seine neuartige Ausbildung sicherstellt, daß beim Spenden des Wirkstoffes und beim Zurückgehen der dabei zusammengedrückten Außenwand des Wirkstoffbehälters (400) und dem dann erfolgenden Einsaugen von Außenatmosphäre über das Ventil (404) zwischen die Wandungen - in der dargestellten Ausführung (Fig. 1) - (400) und dem vorzugsweise Verbleiben des verformten InnenbehältersThe invention relates to a sterile dispensing system in which an active substance container (300) which, due to its novel design, ensures that when the active substance is dispensed and the compressed outer wall of the active substance container (400) recedes and the external atmosphere is then sucked in via the valve (404) between the walls (400) - in the embodiment shown (Fig. 1) - and the preferably remaining deformed inner container

Weiter ermöglicht der aus dem vorzugsweise sterilmachendes Mittel enthaltenden vorzugsweise saugfähigen Stopfen (303) austretende Mittel beim Aufschrauben der Kappe (302), daß der verbleibende vorzugsweise volumenmäßig sehr geringe Raum zwischen Kappe (302) und Ventil (304) bei der Ausführung nach Fig. 1 ist ein Kugelventil verwendet - mit sterilmachendem/den Stoff/Stoffen wie Flüssigkeiten mit Wirkstoffen, elastischer, weiter(300) in its then achieved form - shown in dashed lines in Fig. 1 - ensures that the active ingredient content always completely fills the inner container, even when the content decreases, but through permanent deformation. Bei der gezeigten Ausführung wird der zum Ausfließen notwendige Druck zwischen den Behälterwänden (Innen- und Außenwand) (400) durch Zusammendrücken der Außenwandung (400) von Hand erreicht. In einer weiteren Ausführung geschieht das durch Aufpumpen mit einer Pumpe mit Kugelventil/Plattenventil/ Schlauchventil und einer verformbaren Topfmanschette am Kolben beim Zurückziehen der Kolbenstange, wie zum Beispiel von Fahrradluftpumpen bekannt. Auch Treibmittel, die zum Beispiel bis zu einem bestimmten Druck Gas, z.B. CO abgeben, sind bei einer weiteren Ausführung in den Zwischenraum zwischen Außen- und Innenwand (400) eingebracht und ermöglichen einen konstanten Druck in dem Wirkstoff über die auf die Innenwand (400) ausgeübten Kräften. Die Innenwand wird dabei bleibend zusammengedrückt, so daß sich ein verkleinertes, dem Inhalt angepaßtes Volumen des Behälters (300) ergibt. Dadurch ist erfindungsgemäß sichergestellt, daß das Volumen vom Wirkstoffbehälter (300) stets, unabhängig von der Menge des darin enthaltenen Wirkstoffes, voll, wie bei der gezeigten Ausführung bis zum Kugelventil (304) ausgefüllt ist und so mit Sicherheit neuartigerweise ein Eindringen von Fremdstoffen, Fremdorganismen ins Innere des Behälters (300) verhindert wird.
