Description
One-piece insulating body, in particular bobbins for current and voltage converters. It is known that the field distribution in a uniform dielectric between two electrodes does not run in a straight line. In FIG. I, for example, the characteristic field profile in a dielectric with thickness a located between two electrodes is shown by curve b. The curve shows that the stress in the two outer layers of the dielectric is higher than in the interior of the dielectric. 'You can force a certain curve shape, e.g. ß. turn curve b into a straight line c or curve c1 if the dielectric between the two electrodes is made up of several insulating parts with different dielectric constants. For example, reference should be made to the known porcelain bushings in which the bushing bolt is wrapped with paper. The dielectric between the two electrodes, i.e. between the lead-through bolt and the socket flange, consists here of a layer of porcelain, a layer 01 and a layer of oil-soaked paper.
The invention relates to a one-piece insulating body, in particular for current and voltage converters, which according to the invention consist of layers with one another different dielectric constant exists, which is also a graduation of the Dielectric constant has, but not, as is known, is composed of several parts. In general, those layers that are covered by the insulating body insulating live parts are adjacent or are in contact with them, give a higher dielectric constant than the other layers. The production such a one-piece insulating body made of a ceramic mass can according to the further invention done in such a way that a slurry of a ceramic Mass of high dielectric constant in a corresponding shape, whose walls Order made of moisture-absorbing material, until it is filled a layer of sufficient thickness has deposited on the walls of the mold that on it a slurry of a ceramic mass of lower dielectric constant is filled until there is a sufficiently thick layer of the pulp on the first layer the lower dielectric constant has dropped, and that eventually a Slurry made of a ceramic mass with a high dielectric constant is filled, until there is a sufficiently strong third layer of the pulp on the second layer with the high dielectric constant, whereupon the resulting one-piece body after removal of the form is dried and fired. If it If it is a question of the production of an insulating body made of porcelain, it is expedient for the layers with a high dielectric constant containing a titanium dioxide (rutile) Porcelain paste, more common for the layer with lower dielectric constant Porcelain porcelain used. For the production of an insulating body from a porous (absorbent) ceramic mass, which in operation with an insulating liquid, z. B. oil, to be used soaked, is appropriate for the layers with high Dielectric constant a pulp, preferably paper pulp, used. However, instead of the pulp or paper pulp, one can optionally also be used Use porcelain paste containing titanium dioxide (rutile), provided that it is ensured that the porous layers of the finished insulating body from the non-porous layers are not completely enclosed, so that the impregnation of the porous layers with the Insulating liquid is not prevented. It will therefore suffice if the layers with the higher dielectric constant, the porous layers essentially surrounded only in the space between the electrodes.
In that the field profile in your insulating body according to the invention is made according to the straight line c or even the curve d, one obtains a Increase in the dielectric strength or a reduction in the thickness of the insulating body; an advantage that is particularly noticeable when isolating high voltages power.
In .den Fig. 2a and 2b is an embodiment in two different sections for an insulating body according to the invention shown as Ouerlochisolierkörper to be used to build the well-known Ouerloch current transformer and made of porcelain is. It consists of one piece, but has on the outer surfaces 14 and 15 of the pot each has a layer of high dielectric constant, while the inner layer has a has a lower dielectric constant. The production takes place according to the above procedure described in the first place.
Er wird mit Öl getränkt betrieben.3.a and 3b also show a transverse hole insulating body. This likewise has a layer 1b or i j with a high dielectric constant on each of the outer surfaces and a lower dielectric constant layer 18 therebetween. Its manufacture takes place in the manner already described from paper pulp and from a porous ceramic ,Dimensions. z. B. -a mixture of chamotte and talc. He is soaked in oil operated.
The invention is also advantageous with other forms of insulating body applicable e.g. B. with the so-called thread spool bobbins for dry: relaxation converter and with bushing insulators. The invention is also applicable to such arrangements suitable where two or more one-piece insulating bodies in a suitable manner put together or put together the insulation, z. B. an insulating body with a transverse passage for current transformers. Each of these one-piece insulating bodies can therefore according to of the invention.
