Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf eine Starrachse mit hydropneumatischen Federbeinen in Nutzfahrzeugen.The innovation relates to a rigid axle with hydropneumatic suspension struts in commercial vehicles.
Bei Fahrzeugen mit Starrachsen und hydropneumatischen Federbeinen ergibt sich aus kinematischen Gründen, daß das Einfedern der Räder bei Verschränkung einen viel größeren Radkasten beansprucht als bei Paralleleinfederung, d.h., daß entweder der Radkasten bei Paralleleinfederung nicht genutzt wird oder die Paralleleinfederung bei vorgegebenen kleinen Radkasten reduziert werden muß.In vehicles with rigid axles and hydropneumatic spring struts, for kinematic reasons, the deflection of the wheels during articulation requires a much larger wheel housing than during parallel deflection, i.e. that either the wheel housing is not used during parallel deflection or the parallel deflection must be reduced given the small wheel housing.

In Ausgestaltung der Neuerung ist an der Starrachse, beiderseits der Fahrzeuglängsmittelebene und in gleichem Abstand zu ihr je ein Sensor zur Erfassung der unterschiedlichen Rahmenhöhe bei Verschränkung angeordnet. Die entsprechenden Meßwerte werden von einem Steuergerät ausgewertet, dessen Signale auf zwischen Federspeichern und hydropneumatischen Federbeinen angeordneten Sperrdrosselventilen geschaltet sind. Bei Erreichen eines vorgegebenen Grenzwertes ist die Verbindung zwischen den Federspeichern und den hydropneumatischen Federbeinen gesperrt.
