Die Erfindung betrifft-eine Wasch- und LäutervGrrichtung für Minera.Iien
liegt. The invention relates to a washing and refining device for minerals
or other rocks and consists of a
swinging gutter, the bottom of which consists of -Mixl.de # ii -, - eb # il, det
will.-It is already -a device for removing heavy liquids from
Schwithm and sink processing products known that are trained in a similar way
is, wherein the troughs are designed as rising smooth metal sheets towards the delivery side
and a shower evox direction is provided over the troughs. Here is
the goods contaminated with the weighting substance through the water jet from the shower device
from above and at the same time from below through the one in the depression
accumulated shower water is rinsed off. For the purpose of the invention is one such
Device not very suitable, d &, the rinsing effect of the shower water on
the goods lying in the water bath in the hollow are not sufficiently effective.
This does not change anything if, as with the older proposal, in, the hollow
Grate bars are arranged because then the water jets from the shower to take effect
come, but the rinsing effect of the water bath in the trough is switched off
is there. the goods slide on the grate bars and practically above the water bath
lies.
In contrast, the invention is characterized in that a perforated or unperforated feed throat is provided above the feed end of each of the long, water-filled troughs and the showers are arranged above this plate. With such a design, the material is exposed to the action of the water jets from the showers as long as it is on the feed plate. This shower water then collects in the adjoining trough and forms a water bath there, into which the pre-brewed food falls and is rinsed vigorously in the water bath as a result of the shaking movement. The so Beih - andelte Good moves on the inclined vVand # of the trough upwardly, whereby it passes over a colander and reaches the Aufgabehlech the next trough where the Abbrause- and Abspülvorgang repeated. By arranging several such troughs one behind the other, the refining effect is increased. In addition to the mechanically effective rinsing of the items to be treated, there is also a washing item in a liquid bath.
In the drawing the invention is in one embodiment schematically illustrated with i is the channel-shaped washing and refining device referred to, by means of the trailing arms -. Is supported on a = the supporting frame 3 and, offset by any, not shown drive, into vibrations can be. The bottom of the channel i consists of several troughs U4, 5 and 6 arranged one behind the other. The first trough 4 is preceded by an unperforated feed plate 7 , while perforated feed plates 8 and 9 are arranged above the troughs 5 and 6. The troughs 4, 5 and 6 have a rising wall after the discharge stalk, which is initially full-walled and then designed as a sieve. The sieve-shaped part serves as a draining sieve and goes into the feed plates 8 and 9 . The shower devices ii are provided above the metal sheets 7, 8 and 9. The material treated there is thrown off via the front end of the channel.
The method of operation of the device is as follows: The material to be treated is placed at A , where it first reaches the unperforated sheet metal 7 and is here vigorously sprayed off by the showers # i # i. Due to the back and forth movement of the channel, the goods move forward and at the same time fall with the shower water into the trough 4, where a water bath is formed up to the height of the unperforated, rising front wall, in which the goods are vigorously shaken in the water . The material then moves on over the rising front wall, where it is above the sieve part io. is drained, and reaches the next feed plate 8, where it is again treated by the shower ii '. Now it falls into the recess5, and the washing and rinsing process is repeated as in the first recess. At the end of the channel, the overall washed and purified material is released. Since the rinse water contains fewer and fewer impurities as the treatment progresses, z. B. the dripping water of the trough 6 for the purpose of saving water to the shower facilities on the task area 7 are returned.
