Description

Die Länge der Balken .der bisher bekannten Fertigteildecken ist von der Lichtweite der zu überdeckenden Räume abhängig; dadurch ist eine Vorfertigung nur in beschränktem Umfang möglich. Es sind auch Decken aus Kleinteilen bekannt, welche durch entsprechenden Betonverguß zuerst zu .Balken und dann zur fertigen Decke verbunden werden. Dagegenwerdenbei der erfindungsgemäßen -Decke (Fig. i und 2) die Balken aus Kleinteilen i zusammengefügt, die mit Spundungen ineinandergreifen. Die Kleinteile der Balken brauchen. sich aber nur in .den Schrägflächen 4 der Spundverb.indung beruhen. Da wegen der unvermeidlichen Ungenauigkeit bei der Herstellung ein völlig genaues Ineinanderpassen .der Kleinteile i- nicht möglich .ist, werden die Querkraft nur mittels-der Spundung, die innere Biegedruckkraft nur mittels des Druekpolsters 5 übertragen, welches -in längsseitigen Vertiefungen der Kleinteile i angebracht ist: D.ie an der Deckenoberweite und 'Deckenunterseite angeordneten Zwischenteile 2, 3 haben die gleiche Form. Dadurch können Ober- und Unterflansch in gleicher Breite ausgeführt werden, so -daß. die Balken übereinander hergestellt werden können (Fig. 3 und 4). Dadurch gelingt (die Füllung der an sxch bereits bekannten Nuten 6 von der Seite her für mehrere Balken in nur einem Arbeitsgang und ohne besondere Wendevorrichtung für die Balken.
