Description

  • Senkkopfholzschrauben, bei welchen ,der Senkkopf außen Nuten oder Vertiefungen. mit Schnittkanten zum Einschneiden des Senkloches erhält, sind bekannt, desgleichen solche, die in Fortsetzung des Schraubengewindes auf einem Teil des glatten Schaftes schneidende Gewindegänge aufweisen.
  • Demgegenüber wird erfindungsgemäß eine Senkkopfholzschraube vorgeschlagen, die sowohl am konischen Kopf als auch am gewindelosen Schaft mit fräserförmige:n Kerben versehen ist.
  • Solche Holzschrauben sind beim Einschrauben bruchsicher; man kann sie sowohl mit dem gewindelosen Teil des Schaftes leicht und ohne Holzspaltung einschrauben als auch das Senkloch für den Kopf selbsttätig einschneiden. Eine Senkkopfholzschraube mit fräserförmigen Kerben am konischen Kopf und gewindelosen Schaft ist in der Zeichnung in den Abb. i und 2 dargestellt.

  1. PATBXTANSPRUGH: Bruchsichere Senkkopfholzschraube, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am konischen Teil des Kopfes und am gewindelosen Teil des Schaftes fräserfärmige Kerben, vorgesehen sind.
