Von den heute bekannten Haltern gibt es mehrere Systeme. Der heute
noch an den Setzmaschinen gebrauchte Halter beruht darauf, daß ein Klemmstab mittels
Fed@nkraft das Manuskript gegen die Tragplatte drückt und -der Klemmstab sich nur
ruckartig in -einer Scharnierstange verschieben läßt. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist,
daß der schmale Klemmstab. einen für das Auge störenden Einfiwß ausübt. Ein anderes
System ist nach dem Schreibmaschinenprinzip entwickelt. Durch eine die Förderwalzen
überdeckende Abschirmung wird zwar ein optischer Stoßpunkt vermieden, jedoch entsteht
durch die Bewegung des Manuskripts eine gewisse Unruhe, außerdem wirkt die Skala

Als Resultat langer Entwicklungsarbeit besteht das Wesen der Erfindung
darin, daß die Klemmrolle 12:, deren Abschirmung 2 als Lesemarke ausgebildet ist,
beliebig über die Tragplatte i geführt wenden kann, wobei :das Manuskript stets
auf der Tra@gpl!atte ruht und somit ein angenehmer Blickpunkt entsteht. Die Klemmrolle'
ist mit Gummi t überzogen, die Tragplatte' mit Leder 3. Dadurch wird gewährleistet,
daß das Manuskript infolge Adhäsion des Leders auf der Tragplatte festgehalten wird
und die Lesemarke durch .die natürliche Haftung des Gummis, ohne das Manuskript
zu verschieben, durch Drehen :der Daumenrolle bewegt werden kann. Mit dem Führungsstück
5, das hinter der Tragplatte in einer Schiene'io läuft, ist mittels eines Scharniers
8 das Lager 6 der Klemmrolle 12 verbunden. Durch Druck auf die Daumenrolle 9 kann
die Klemmrolle samt Abschirmung 2 im Scharnier 8 zum Einführen des Manuskripts hochgeklappt
werden. Durch,die beiden Zugfedern 7 wird -die Klemmrolle selbsttätig wieder gegen

ist ferner, daß der Manuskripthalter geräuschlos arbeitet und durch seine einfache
