Lashing to length in front of sheets from continuous strips were previously
Scissors are used in which * the reciprocating motion of the knife carriage and '
The up and down movement of a knife from a drive with colorful interconnection
a clutch was effected. This design has the disadvantage that only small
Visual performance of the scissors can be achieved because the intermittent onset
Cutting pressure would require unacceptably heavy drive couplings.
2 dargestellt. It is therefore proposed according to the invention a device at
which is the drive of the reciprocating movement from the drive of the Messemaufundabb movunig
separated and the cutting movement of the knife is effected in such a way that no or only
very little back pressure on the reciprocating drive of the knife carriage
he follows. Solving the problem requires a fundamentally new design of guillotine shears.
Of the possible types of bags, a particularly useful design is round in Fig. I
2 shown.
Kurvernscheibie
i i @angetriebien wird. Die Magnetkupplung i i wird periodisch, z. B. durch einen
Kippschalter 1z, neingeschaltet.
Sobald
welche in Kulissen 18 .des Keil.-schlehers i 9 abrollen.
des Schlittens i einmal hin. ,und her bewegt uind,d;adumch ,der ;Messerbralken 3
;gehoben und gesenkt. Zum Abfangen des Seitendruckes des Hubtisches sind Führungsrollen
22 vorgesehen.
Abb. i
bewirkt werden.i is reim knife slide with a fixed upper knife 2 around a movable lower knife - 3: slide i is moved back and forth between guide 4 by a cam 5, lever 6, handlebar 7 and by compressed air cylinder 8. Cam disk 5 sits running a shaft 9, which is @angetriebien by a drive io via a magnetic coupling ii. The magnetic coupling ii is periodically, e.g. B. switched on by a toggle switch 1z. This toggle switch is actuated by the respective beginning of the sheet metal strip 13, which runs continuously through the scissors. As soon as the sheet 13 touches the toggle switch, the magnetic clutch ii is switched on. The knife carriage: is then moved by the cam disk 5 in the direction of travel of the sheet metal, then by the compressed air cylinder set against the direction of travel. After a double stroke, des. On the slide, the magnetic coupling is disengaged again by: a limit switch on the slide. While the carriage is running in the same direction with the sheet metal, the movable lower knife 3 is pressed towards iobien and a sheet is cut off as a result, according to the invention in such a way that no pressure component occurs in the running direction of the knife slide. This is achieved by, a new kind of knife moving dex guillotine shears as follows: The up and down movable colored knife bar 3 is provided with rollers 14 which, when the knife slide i; hex roll. The H @ ubitisch 15 ilst rides rollers 17 which roll in scenes 18 of the wedge grinder i 9. The wedge slide ig is pushed through the air pressure cylinder 2o with piston 21 during the forward gear, the slide i once. , and her moved uind, d; adumch, der; Messerbralken 3; raised and lowered. Guide rollers 22 are provided to absorb the side pressure of the lifting table. The control of the reciprocating movement of the piston 21, which is moved by compressed air, oil pressure, or water pressure, takes place in a known manner, by means of control spools: one of the valves, preferably by. the slide i from or through a cam disk; on the shaft g. The wedge slide 19 with the control cylinder 2o can, as shown in Fig. I, be arranged in the running direction of the sheet or also transversely to the running direction. The up and down movement of the lifting table 15 can also be brought about by other drive means.
