Description

The invention relates to a packaging tray according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such trays are used, for example, for transporting and storing goods packaged in containers, from food to horticultural products.

So far, especially in the area of food transport,

e.g. dairies use so-called cardboard crates for disposable packaging. It requires a high demand for pulp = wood and places increasingly greater demands on waste disposal.

The aim here is to eliminate this disposable packaging with its consequent problems and switch to reusable packaging.

This invention is based on a completely different principle. Conventionally , containers are constructed so that ^the goods to be transported are held from above or from the side. This presupposes that in each case it must be a container which has a closed bottom and a high edge.

The goods are held from the side edge or as a whole over individual ribs, such as in egg boxes.

The individual field (15) serves as a predetermined position for the goods.

The design is such that the surface of the field (15) is provided with ribs (25) which are connected to one another. These form the base of the goods or that of the goods to be transported.

At the outer ends they are made wider (25) in order to optimize the load distribution from the upper to the lower goods; in most cases the foot of the upper goods is smaller in diameter than the lid or the top of the lower goods.

The connection of the ribs (21) in the middle of the surface (15) guarantees a secure stand.

The entire field of ribbing (21) of the surface (15) is pulled upwards by approximately one thickness of the tray compared to the edge of the surface (15) and the entire tray (10). This ensures that the lid or the upper part of the lower product is securely positioned.

A further guarantee of the "firmness of the goods" is the locking point (II) between the individual fields (15), which at the same time form the support ribs to prevent the upper supports (20) from wedging when they are placed together.

Raised supports (20) are arranged on the side of the upper side of this single surface (15). These supports (20) and the tray (10) consist of one piece.
