- Cargo carrier according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that there is provided a box which preferably.comprises corrugated cardboard and which has an upwardly open box member (15), which forms the lower portion which can be manipulated by the lifting fork of a fork lift truck and the majority of the upper portion which protrudes upwards thereabove, and a box lid (19) which can be placed on the box member (15) and which contains the annular upper support elements (10, 20) for the pieces of cargo (2) which are arranged in an upright manner.
