Abstract

The patent claim "package element" serves a number of purposes, inter alia the basic principle of restricting the packaging for different products to the essential minimum, and at the same time, in the case of different product groups, to eliminate disposable packaging with its environmental problems and to change over to reuseable packaging. These package elements are mainly manufactured from plastic by means of injection-moulding. The decisive difference from conventional packaging is that the goods to be packaged are not held all around as in a cardboard box or plastic container, but, as the name implies, held individually positioned as if on a tray. Extravagant and expensive packaging is rendered superfluous. In the case of stacking, the goods to be packaged bear the stack load. Handling of the elements is simpler, quicker and consequently cheaper than in the case of conventional packaging. Possible applications of this element are e.g. in the fields of the automobile supplier industry (automatic drawing off of technical parts), the food industry (replacement of disposable yogurt-trays), gardening etc. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a packaging tray according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such trays are used, for example, for the transport and storage of goods packed in containers from food to gardening products.

B. Molkereien in sogenannte Pappsteigen Einwegverpackungen eingesetzt. So far, especially in the field of food transport. B. Dairies used in so-called cardboard crates disposable packaging. It requires a great deal of pulp = wood and places increasing demands on waste disposal.

Here it is important to eliminate this disposable packaging with its subsequent problems and to switch to reusable packaging.

This invention is based on a fundamentally different principle. Conventionally, the containers are designed so that the goods to be transported are held from above or from the side. This presupposes that this must in any case be a container which has a closed bottom and a high edge formation.
The material is from the side edge or as a whole over individual rib fields such. B. held at beer crate.

This invention has for its object to provide a packaging of the aforementioned type, to replace the predominant use of disposable packaging in these industries and thereby minimize waste problems. Furthermore, the endeavor to create the reusable packaging more cost-effectively through this lightweight construction, to simplify its handling and to reduce the storage and return transport costs by taking up minimal space.

The achievement of this object results from the characterizing part of claim 1.

A preferred exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings.

Show it
  • Figure 1 top view and section of the entire packaging tray
  • Figure 2 top view of a single field with a section of this area A / A

Das Tablett (10) ist als einstückiges Teil ausgebildet. The tray (10) is designed as a one-piece part.

The entire tray area is divided into individual fields (15) depending on the goods to be transported.

The tray (10) is provided with an edge (11) as stiffening to prevent warping in the entire area when empty.

The individual field (15) serves the goods as a given position.

The design is such that the surface of the field (15) is provided with ribs (25) which are connected to one another. These form the footprint of the goods or that of the goods to be transported.

At the outer ends, they are (25) wider to optimize the load distribution from the upper to the lower goods, in most cases the foot of the upper goods is smaller in diameter than the lid or the upper part of the lower goods.

The connection of the ribs (21) in the middle of the surface (15) guarantees a secure stand.

The entire area of the ribbing (21) of the surface (15) is pulled upwards by a material thickness of the tray relative to the edge of the surface (15) and the entire tray (10). As a result, the lid or the upper part of the lower goods is securely positioned.

A further securing of the firm state of the goods is the ribbing (16) between the individual fields (15), which at the same time form the supporting ribs in order to prevent the upper supports (20) from wedging when they are placed one into the other.

Upright supports (20) are arranged laterally on the upper side of this individual surface (15). These supports (20) and the tray (10) consist of one piece.

They serve to hold the goods and to position them on the surface (15). In the upper third, the supports (20) are angled to compensate for dimensional tolerances.

Die Form der Durchbrüche (30) hängt von der Anordnung der Stützen (20) ab.The openings (30) in the surface (15) serve to be able to place the entire tray (10) into one another in a space-saving manner. The shape of the openings (30) depends on the arrangement of the supports (20).
