Es hat sich nun gezeigt, daß solche Elektrolyte beim spannungslosen Lagern häufig kristallisieren. Der Elektrolyt wird gemäß der Erfindung aus den angegebenen Komponenten gemischt und vorzugsweise bis auf eine Temperatur von etwa 138' C gebracht. Es hat sich gezeigt, daß das Optim-um unmittelbar bei den angegebenen Werten von 1,4 Mol Glykol auf i Mol Borsäure und 1/2 Mol Ammoniak liegt.
