Verfahren zum Eingießen stählerner Teile in Gußeisen Das Eingießen der Einschweißringe in die gekühlten Zylinderlaufbüchsen bietet besondere Schwierigkeiten. Das in Gießereien allgemein üb- liche Verfahren, Stahlteile, die irgendwie eingegossen werden sollen (Rohre, Kernstützen, Ringe tisw.), vor dem Einsetzen in die Form zu verzinnen, ist hier nicht durchführbar. Die Zylinderlaufbüchse muß vor dem Guß sehr hoch angewärmt werden. Es besteht daher die Gefahr, daß das Zinn von den Ringen abtropft und daß sich auf demungeschützten Stahlring eine Oxydhaut bildet, die möglicherweise das einwandfreie Verschweißen verhindert. Zur Merwindung dieser Schwierigkeit wurde bereits vorgeschlagen, ein Schutzmetall mit höherem Schmelzpunkt, z. B. Kupfer, zu verwenden. In den bisher bekanntgewordenen Fällen wurde dieses Kupfer stets auf galvanischem Wege auf die Teile aufgebracht. Dieses Verfahren erfordert im vorliegenden Fall sehr große Behälter und bietet ferner keine ausreichende Gewähr für eine feste Verbindung zwischen der verhältnismäßig glatten Kupferoberfläche und dem Gußeisen.Process for casting steel parts in cast iron The casting of the weld-in rings in the cooled cylinder liners presents particular difficulties.
