Description

Verfahren zum Löten von beliebigen anderen Metallen als Aluminium, insbesondere hochschmelzenden Metallen, sowie zum Löten von Metallegierungen Im Hauptpatent 72o 629 ist ein Verfahren zum Verlöten von Teilen aus Aluminiumuntereinander oder mit Teilen aus anderen Metallen beschrieben. Das Verfahren besteht darin, daß .die zu verlötenden Körper wenigstens an der Lötstelle während des Aufbringens des Lotmetalls oder während des Lötvorganges in mechanische Schwingungen von bestimmter Frequenz versetzt werden,. Auf diese Weise gelingt @es, haltbare Lötverbindungen unter Anwendung gebräuchlicher Lotmetalle in einfacher Weise herzustellen und dabei genau so vorzugehen, wie bei den bekannten, schon lange .eingeführten Lötverfahren. Gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung wird das Verfahren nach dem Hauptpatent zur Herstellung von Lötverbindungen zwischen Körpern aus beliebigen, insbesondere leicht oxydierbaren Metallen verwendet. Bei derartigen Körpern war es bisher stets schwierig oder unmöglich, haltbare Lötverbindungen herzustellen, und zwar deshalb, weil an der Oberfläche dieser Körper stets eine mehr oder weniger feine Oxydschicht,eine Fett- oder Schmutzschicht, vorhanden ist, welche das Haften des Lotmetalls an der Oberfläche verhindert. Wird jedoch :die Verbindungsstelle der Körper in rasche mechanische Schwingungen versetzt, wie dies bei dem Verfahren nach der Erfindung geschieht, dann wird offenbar die feine Oxydhaut von der Oberfläche des Körpers losgesprengt, so daß> das Lotinetall unmittelbar mit der metallischen Oberfläche des Körpers in Berührung kominen und an dieser haften kann.Method of soldering any metal other than aluminum, especially refractory metals, as well as for soldering metal alloys Im Main patent 72o 629 is a method for soldering parts made of aluminum to one another or with parts made of other metals.
