Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von kupferplattierten Rohrenden Ein neinfaches Verfahren der Einlagerung eines Kupferrohres in :ein Eisenrohr oder der Ummantelung eines Eisenrohres mit einem Kupferrohr besteht darin, :daß das lose in das Eisenrohr oder um dasselbe ;gelegte Kupferrohr durch Aufwehen mittels Diornnes oder Einengen mittels Matrize biewirkt wird. Um eine Überbeanspruchung des Kupfers zu vermeiden, hat man ;auch die Preßflächen des Dornes, der Matrize od. dgl. aus Leder oder gleichwertigem nachgiebigem Werkstoff gestaltet. Durch die Unebenheiten im Stahlrohr wird das Kupferrohr überall zur Anlage gebracht. Es tritt hierbei jedoch keine innige und unlösliche Verbindung -der beeiden Materialien ein. Gemäß der Erfindung werden Stahlrohrenden mit seiner innig -und unlös.liclh verbundenen Kupferplattierung dadurch versehen, daß beispielsweise für die Innenplattierung ein Kupferrohr in das Stahlrohr @einges:choben, hierauf ein Stahldorn eingeführt und das Rohrende dann mit dem fest zur Anlage gebrachten Kupferrohr und mit dem inliegenden Stahldorn ,auf Diffusionstemperatur (85o bis iooo° C) kurz erwärmt wird. Nach dem Erkalten wird der Stahldorn paus dem Rohrende herausgezogen. Für den Stahldorn verwendet man zweckmäßig leinen zunderbeständigen Werkstoff. Die Länge des Stahldornes reicht zweckmäßig über die Länge der Plattierung hinaus, damit keine,oxydbildenden Gase Feindringen können.
