  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Metallrohren mit innen und aussen   angebrachtenlangsrippen   verschiedener Form 
Zur Erhöhung der Wärmeübertragung von Metallflächen setzt man diesen häufig Rippen auf. Die Herstellung derartiger Formstücke erfolgt meist durch Giessen ; andernfalls werden die Rippen auch aufgeschweisst. Durch Schweissung können aber in Rohren bestimmter Durchmesser und Längen keine Innenrippen eingesetzt werden. 



   Erfindungsgemäss werden Rippenrohre aller Längen und Durchmesser hergestellt durch Aneinanderschweissen (Schweissraupen 5 in der Figur) oder auch Löten von Blechstreifen mit Z-förmigen Querschnitten 4, wodurch Rohre (aber auch Flächen) gebildet werden, die aussen 1 und innen 2,3 Rippen besitzen, deren Form durch das Zuschneiden und vorherige Biegen sehr verschieden sein kann. Die Rippen können z. B. periodisch verschiedene Längen besitzen (wie 2 und   3)   und gezackt sein bzw. gewellt u. dgl.
