Die Neuerung erstreckt sich auf eine Halterung für Warndreitke-Packungen im Kofferraum von Kraftfahrzeugen. Nach § 31,a der StVZO ist das Mitführen von Warndreiecken als ständige Ausrüstung in den Kraftfahrzeugen vorgeschrieben, die auf Verlangen von dazu berechtigten Personen jederzeit vorzeigbar sein müssen. Aufgrund dieser Vorschrift sind solche Warndreiitke -zumeist als genormte Packungen- irgendwo im Kofferraum auch vorhanden. Bei einer losen Einlagerung der Warndreick-Packungen im Kofferraum wird die vorgeschriebene Aufstellung des Warndreicks im nötigen Abstand hinter einem infolge einer Panne liegengebliebenen Fahrzeug häufig dadurch erschwert und verzögert, daß die Warndrefck-Packung erst unter anderen im Kofferraum mitgeführten Gegenständen hervorgesucht werden muß, was eine erhöhte Gefährdung sowohl des liegengebliebenen Fahrzeuges selbst als auch des nachfolgenden fließenden Verkehrs zur Folge hat.The innovation extends to a holder for Warndreitke packs in the trunk of motor vehicles.
