Die Neuerung betrifft eine eklektische Haushaltsmühle, z.B. für Getreide oder Kaffee gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Schutzanspruches 1.The innovation concerns an eclectic household mill, e.g. for grain or coffee according to the generic term of claim 1.

Aus dem DE-GM 72 22 765 ist ein Vorratsbehälter mit Dosiervorrichtung für eine Kaffeemühle oder dgl. bekannt, dessen Auslauf mit einer Meßkammei versehen ist, die die Abgabe einzelner Portionen zur Dosierung des *u mahlenden Kaffees erlaubt. Vorratsbehälter sind üblicherweise betriebsmäßig fest mit der Kaffeemühle verbunden. Diese Konstruktion hat den Nachteil, daß der Benutzer zur Abmessung einer größeren zu mahlenden Gutmenge die Dosiereinrichtung mehrfach betätigen muß. Da das Mahlwerk nur ein begrenztes Aufnahmevermögen für einen Bohnenvorrat aufweist, kann dieser Dosiervorgang für eine größere Gut menge auch nicht auf einmal vor dem Beginn des Mahlens erfolgen, sondern muß während des Mahlens wiederholt werden. Diese Einrichtung ist nicht zweckmäßig, z.B für eine Getreidemühle, in der eine vorbestimmte Menge Getreide gemäß einem Rezept für einen Backvorgang ju mahlen ist.From DE-GM 72 22 765 a storage container with a dosing device for a coffee grinder or similar is known, the outlet of which is provided with a measuring chamber which allows the dispensing of individual portions for dosing the coffee being ground. Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Neuerung gelöst durch die Merkmale des Kennzeichnungßteiles des Patentanspruches 1.This problem is solved according to the innovation by the features of the characterizing part of patent claim 1.

Diese Lösung hat den Vorteil, daß der relativ leichte Mahlgutbehälter getrennt vom Mahlwerk bzw. vom gesamten übrigen Gerät auf eine Waage gesetzt, austariert und mit der gewünschten Gewichtsmenge des Mahlgutes befüllt werden kann. Wegen des geringen Gewichtes des Mahlgutbehälters ist bei den üblichen Küchenwaagen eine Austarierung auf jeden Fall möglich und es kann eine relativ feine Waage verwendet werden, nachdem nicht die ganze Haushaltsmühle von ihr getragen werden muß. Hierdurch wird vor allem auch die Bedienungsbequemlichkeit erhöht. Ein weiterer Vorteil besteht darin, daß zwei oder mehr Mahlgutbehälter vorhanden sein können, die mit unterschiedlichem Mahlgut befüllt als Verratsbehälter bereitstehen, wodurch ebenfalls ein bequemes, schnelles Arbeiten für deft Benutzer ermöglicht wird.This solution has the advantage that the relatively light ground material container can be placed on a scale separately from the grinder or from the rest of the device, tared and filled with the desired weight of ground material. t4e in den Fig. dargestellte Getreidemühle besitzt ein Gehäuse 2 mit einer Standplatte 4, auf der ein Mehlauf fangbehält er 6 abstellbar ist. Die Getreidemühle besitzt ferner eine vertikale, von der Standplatte 4 aufragende Säule 8 und einen davon getragenen oberen horizontalen Querteil 10, in dem ein Mahlwerk 12 sowie ein dieses antreibender Elektromotor 16 untergebracht sind. Mit dem Querteil 10 bzw. dem Mahlwerk 12 ist ein Mahlgutbehälter 18 mit seinem Auslauf 20 betriebsmäßig lösbar verrastet. Der M ahlgut behält er 18, der sich in seinem unteren Bereich konisch verjüngt, besitzt einen den Auslaufbereich 20 umgebenden, von seiner Außenseite nach unten vorspringenden Standfuß 24 in Form einer zylindrischen Rippe. Im Bereich seines am weitesten nach innen vorspringenden Ende trägt der Sperrschieber 28 einen nach unten ein kleines Stück auskragenden Anschlagstift 34, der ein versehentliches völliges Herausziehen des Sperrschiebers 28 aus dem Vorratsbehälter 18 verhindert. Der Sperrstift 34 ist eine von der Oberseite in den Sperrschieber 28 eingeschraubte und unten herausragende Schraube mit versenktem Kopf. Dies hat den Vorteil daß der Sperrstift vom oberen weiteren Bereich des Vorratsbehälters 18 her zu Reparaturzwecken oder einer gelegentlichen besonderen Reinigung der Schiebeführung 26 leicht lösbar ist. In Fig. 2 ist der Sperrschieber 28 in geschlossenen Linien in seiner Schließstellung dargestellt, in der er den Auslauf 20 völlig verschließt und in den unterbrochenen Linien 40 in seiner maximal ausgezogenen Stellung dargestellt, in er den Auslauf 20 weitgehend freigibt, so daß das Mahlgut ungehindert dem Mahlwerk 12 zufließen kann, bis das ganze Mahlgut ausgeflossen ist oder bis der Sperrschieber 28 eingeschoben und der Auslauf 20 wieder verschlossen wird.A horizontally extending sliding guide 26 is formed in the outlet 20 of the grinding material container 18, in which a plate-shaped locking slide 28 is slidably guided, which has a handle 32 at an end 30 protruding from the grinding material container for its operation by the user.
