Es sind Ausgabevorrichtungen für brikettiertes Gut, wie Feigenkaffee u. dgl., in gemessenen Mengen, insbesondere für den Küchengebrauch, bekannt, welche aus einem Vorratsbehälter, einen mit einem verstellbaren Boden ausgestatteten, als aufklappbare Kappe ausgebildeten Messgefäss und einem schwenkbaren Abtrennschieber bestehen. Bei diesen bekannten Vorrichtungen wird der Boden der Kappe zum Einstellen der Menge mittels eines in Schlitze der Kappe eingreifenden seitlichen Fortsatzes entsprechend verstellt, wobei ein in den Messraum ragender Bügel als Handhabe dient.
Abgesehen davon, dass durch die vorhandenen Einstellmittel der Boden in seiner Stellung nur mangelhaft gesichert ist, da durch Bewegungen beim Füllen des Messgefässes der genannte Fortsatz leicht aus den Einstellschlitzen gleiten kann, wird das Messergebnis durch den in den Messraum ragenden Bügel je nach der jeweiligen Dichte des Messgutes verschieden beeinflusst, so dass mit den bekannten derartigen Geräten gleichmässige Messergebnisse ohne Schwierigkeiten kaum erzielt werden können.
Dieser Übelstand wurde gemäss der Erfindung dadurch vollständig beseitigt, dass der verstellbare Boden des abnehmbaren Messgefässes mittels einer in dessen feststehendem Boden gelagerten Gewindespindel von aussen her verstellbar ist. Dieses Einstellmittel hat ausserdem den Vorteil, dass es den verstellbaren Boden in jeder eingestellten Stellung sichert und jede beliebige Einstellung des Bodens innerhalb

In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einem Ausführungsbeispiel für die Dosierung von Feigenkaffee in Fig. 1 in Vorderansicht und in Fig. 2 im Horizontalschnitt längs der Linie A-B in Fig. 1 dargestellt. Auf dem lotrechten Grundbrett 1 ist der Vorratsbehälter 2 befestigt, der unten durch den Schieber. 3 geschlossen ist. In dem dargestellten Fall ist der Schieber als eine mit einem Hebelgriff versehene, um die Achse 4 schwenkbare Platte ausgebildet, die an der Kante 5 zu einer Messerschneide ausgebildet ist. Dicht unter dem Schieber ist das Messgefäss in Form einer Lade 6 angeordnet. Diese besitzt einen zweiten Boden 7, der durch die Schraube 8 in der Höhe verstellbar ist. Ein mittels einer Hülse auf der Schraube 8 sitzender Zeiger 9 zeigt auf einer Skala 10 die dosierte Menge, z. B. in Portionen, an.
In den Behälter 2 wird der Feigenkaffeeziegel von oben eingeführt. Wird der Schieber 3 ausgeschwenkt, so gleitet der Ziegel so weit herab, bis er auf dem Boden 7 der Lade aufruht. Beim Einschwenken des Schiebers trennt dessen Schneide 5 den in die Lade ragenden Teil des Ziegels ab und hält den übrigen Teil im Behälter, während die Lade herausgezogen und ihr der abgetrennte Teil entnommen wird. Durch die Stellung des Bodens 7 wird also die Höhe des abzuschneidenden Stückes des Ziegels bestimmt.
Die Einrichtung kann natürlich auch zur Dosierung von körnigem Gut, wie Kaffeebohnen, Reis u. dgl., verwendet werden.
