Sicherheit vermieden.Drilling tool for drilling particularly long boreholes 13olirwerkzetigc
for drilling especially long Hohrliicllern, z. 13. for drilling from solid
of pipes. Rods, shafts and other structural parts made from Eisec. Steel, cast iron
and non-ferrous metals are known in various designs. : Who known
There is the disadvantage that the drill body has a griil.lerec length
is open against the wall of the bore, the resulting drilling chips do not go away
Nverden discharged into glass inside the drill rod and given them the opportunity
is. in dwi (bridle between the drill head or the drill rod and the bore wall
to push and fix. The guides are set through glass fixing the drilling chips
of the holir head and also the boring bar badly damaged. In addition, there comes home clamping
the chips between the boring bar and the l) ear wall cause a strong vibration of the hoisting tool
a, which has a heavy wear of the Llartinetallschileiden result.
Another disadvantage of the known 13olir oil) is that the (cut
the space formed by the open part of the drilling piston and the bore is larger
when the central chip collection room is in. Thereby step at the Chergangstelle
From the open space to the closed one, chewing chips up very easily
make an interruption of the liolir process necessary and possibly also
a complete destruction of the liohrkopfes hzw. the yohr rod result.
object
In contrast, the invention is a drilling tool for drilling in particular
long holes in workpieces made of the metals mentioned above, in which the described
Disadvantages are avoided. This is achieved according to the invention in that
the drill head has a piece of pipe closed against the wall of the bore on its circumference
forms and the end wall of the drill head with respect to its direction of rotation before
Cutting edge or the cutting edge arranged has a sector-like opening that so
is arranged so that the chips inevitably enter the inside of the drill head
and be discharged through this. With such a design of the drill head
no drill chips can get between the drill head or the drill rod and the drill bit
push and fix here, so that a flawless and uninhibited work
is guaranteed with the drilling tool. Here it has proven to be advantageous
the space directly at the cutting edge as small as possible -Vuszubil- "
whereby it is achieved that the chip can not develop for a long time, but as possible
briefly breaks off. : In addition, it can also cause the shavings from your narrow space
the cutting edge is available for its onward movement without narrowing the cross-section
the standing path in the adjoining, preferably larger discharge room.,
the chips do not stick. Spänest <ititiiigeii will be with
Avoided security.
In the drawing, a drill head according to the invention is illustrated, specifically in: 11> 1i. i ini longitudinal section and 11) AM). 2 in view; A11. 3 shows an end view of the drill head. In the figures, i denotes the drill head with the resilient sealing ring 2 and 3 denotes the drill rod carrying it, which according to the invention has the same or approximately the same diameter as the drill head, whereby the drilling tool receives the greatest possible moment of resistance against deflection and rotation . The sheath drainage takes place through the interior of the drill head i and the drill rod 3, and the inflow and drainage of the flushing agent also takes place inside the drill pipe, in that the flushing agent is supplied through an annular space 5 formed by inserting a pipe 4 into the drill rod, uni Besliülen the drill head to be discharged together with the drilling chips through the interior of the drilling tool. The drill head i forms a closed pipe section in the circumference. With 7 two approximately at an angle of 90 ° to each other guides for the drill head are designated. Above the cutting edge or the cutting edges 6, the drill head has an opening x in its end wall for the removal of the chips, which therefore, as soon as they arise, must immediately take their way into the interior of the drill head, from which they then with the rinsing, vasser be washed away.
It is of course also impossible to design the drill head i so that
also the rough, in which the chips arise, until (light closed over the cutting edge
will. However, it has been shown that this measure is necessary for proper work
of the tool is not absolutely necessary.
