Die den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bildende Vorrichtung ist dazu bestimmt, das Einschlagen von Waaren, wie Käse, Butter u. dergl., durch mechanische Hülfsmittel zu erzielen.The device forming the subject of the present invention is intended to the wrapping of goods, such as cheese, butter, and the like, by mechanical means to achieve.

In den Coulissen α zweier einander gegenüber stehender Böcke b gleitet der Rahmen c, welcher oberhalb einen Hohlcylinder d und unten eine Querstrebe h trägt, in der ein Stempel i sitzt. Unterhalb des Stempels befindet sich eine Bodenplatte k mit einem durch den Handhebel / verschlossen gehaltenen Loch m. Auf den Cylinder d drückt ein Handhebel n. Auf den in der Mitte durch ein Querjoch g vereinigten Böcken b sitzt starr ein Stempel f, der, in den Hohlcylinder d eintretend, sich gegen eine Feder d' (Fig. 1) stützt. Wird der Hohlcylinder nach unten geschlagen, so werden damit die beiden an dem Rahmen c befestigten Hebel ο und o', sowie die an demselben befestigten Packscheeren ρ und p\ welche sich in der Ruhelage der Vorrichtung über der OefFnung m befinden, aus einander gedrängt. Ueber die obere Oeflfnung des Loches m war ein Stück Folie oder dergl. und auf dieses das einzuschlagende Waarengut, z. B. ein Weichkäse, gelegt worden. Tritt nun der Stempel i zufolge der Abwärtsbewegung des Handhebels η in das Loch m ein, so wird damit der Weichkäse gleichfalls in dieses Loch hineingedrängt und die oberen Kanten des Zinnfolieblattes stehen filterartig aus der Oeffnung m hervor, wie in Fig. 1 angedeutet ist. Wird nun der Handhebel η losgelassen, so schnellt der Stempel i und mit ihm die vorbeschriebenen Theile h, c und d unter Wirkung der Feder d' wieder in die Anfangsstellung zurück, und die beiden Packscheeren ρ und p^l treten wieder in die Ruhelage über die Mitte der Oeffnung m. Die Packscheeren falten hierbei das Zinnfolieblatt in der aus Fig. 4 ersichtlichen Weise zusammen; dasselbe schliefst hierbei am Boden und an den beiden Seitenflächen den einzuwickelnden Gegenstand vollkommen ein, ist aber auf der Oberfläche noch nicht glatt. Um auch dies hervorzurufen, ist ein zweiter Druck mit dem Stempel i erforderlich. Patent claim:
