Für die die Etagen bildenden Flächen kann man auch aus fascrigem Gut oder Gewebe erstellte Platten verwenden, die alsdann mit einem säure- und alkalifesten, vorzugsweise auch hitzebeständeigen Kunststoff getrankt und durch diese Tränkung ausreichend fest und unzerbrechlich gemacht sind. Bei Wahl des Grungdestells aus Metall ist ein Kunststolt gewihlt. der außerdem noch ausreichend elastisch ist. so daß er sich den Dehnungen des Metalls anzupassen vermag.
