Stromverbraucher bedingt.Fuse element seated like a rider on a power supply rail
It is particularly known for fuse boxes and distribution boxes, fuse elements,
whose fuse cartridges have a contact pin at the rear, as with the fitting ring system,
to be attached to power supply rails. The bases of the fuse elements are seated
doing something like a rider on the rails, and the rear contact pins of their cartridges
are pressed directly against the rails. As a rule, each conductor rail carries
a number of securing elements. So far is the replacement of damaged
or broken fuse elements rather cumbersome and difficult.
If the damaged element is in the middle of a row, the
sitting in front of him on the same rail, all elements are removed.
In order to work safely, it is also necessary to de-energize the power supply rail
to make what a shutdown of all connected to the fuse or distribution box
Conditional electricity consumer.
in ihrer wirksamen
Beim Auswechseln eitles Sicherungselementes besteht also
The aim of the invention is to eliminate these deficiencies and to enable simple, quick and safe replacement of the fuse elements carried by current guide rails without switching off the rails. To solve the problem, according to the invention, each securing element is fastened to the current-carrying rail engaging in a rear, channel-shaped recess of its base with the aid of two brackets supported in their operative position with the outer ends on the base and with the inner ends engaging under the rail two from the front reaching through vertical holes in the base and screwed into the threaded holes of the brackets.eii screws are held. These tabs may entrained during rotation of the screws removed therefrom by friction and are (irelit so selectively in their active position or else gt into a position in which they let the rail free. All the back of the base are expediently provided stops which As can be seen, to loosen a securing element attached to the busbar: it is only necessary to turn the two screws holding the tabs, which can be done from the front Conversely, the newly attached fuse element only needs to be placed empty from the front on the rail, whereupon it can be fastened from the front by turning the screws holding the tabs. When replacing the vain fuse element, there is no risk of the busbar being closed touch so that the replacement is successful in the savings-leading rail en can. Furthermore, because the securing elements can be removed from the front and put on from the front, it is no longer necessary to remove other elements carried by the same rail when replacing a securing element located in the middle of a row.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung.
Dabei zeigt Fig. i ein Sicherungselement ohne Patrone in Vorderansicht, Fig. 2 eine
Seitenansicht mit Querschnitt durch die Stromführungsschiene, Fig. 3 eine Ansicht
von der Rückseite. The drawing illustrates an embodiment of the invention.
FIG. 1 shows a safety element without a cartridge in a front view, FIG. 2 shows a
Side view with a cross section through the current guide rail, FIG. 3 is a view
from the back.
The fuse element has one made of porcelain or the like
ceramic mass existing base i, the front one with a Gewitidekorle 2
and a metal bridge provided with a connecting terminal 3 for a branch line.
On its rear side, the base i has a channel-shaped channel running in the direction of the diameter
Recess 5 for engaging a current-carrying rail carrying the fuse element
6, which, like the channel, has a rectangular cross-section. The gutter 5
penetrates the bottom of the middle one used to hold the fuse cartridge
Base cavity 7, so that the rail is exposed to this cavity and the contact pin
the fuse cartridge is pressed directly against the surface of the power supply rail
can be.
to des Sockels i abstützen.
At two points offset by 90 ° with respect to the connection terminal 3, that is to say diagonally opposite points, the base i contains two bores perpendicular to its base, through which two head screws 8 reach from the front. The threaded shaft ends of the two screws 8 engage in nut bores of two tabs 9 made of flat metal which are arranged on the rear side of the base i and are held in this way on the base. The tabs 9, which have an elongated rectangular outline, are used to attach the fuse element to the power supply rail 6. For this purpose, the tabs are rotated into their effective position shown in full lines in the drawing, in which their inner ends reach under the slide 6, while their outer ends are supported on rear projections to of the base i. By tightening the Schraulyen 8, the tab ends are pressed against the base projections t o and the rail 6, whereby the securing element is clamped to the power supply rail. When the screws are tightened, the lugs 9 finitely rest their inner Iae (leie on two stop cams ii of the base assigned to the projections io, which prevents the lugs from turning beyond their effective position. If the securing element is to be replaced, then it rotates the two screws 8 against their tightening direction, so that the jamming of the lugs 9 is released When the screws 8 continue to be turned in the direction of solution, they drag the tabs 9 with them by friction and turn them in the direction of arrow a into the inoperative position shown in broken lines in FIG The turning of the tabs is automatically limited by the fact that di e push the inner tab ends against the stops ii. The fuse element can now be removed from the power supply rail towards the front. The newly to be attached securing element is placed with tabs 9 in the dashed release position from the front onto the current-carrying rail 6, whereupon the screws 8 are turned in the tightening direction. The tabs 9 are again entrained by friction and are thus rotated against the direction of arrow a (Fig. 3) into the effective position shown in full lines, which rotation is limited by the interaction of the outer tab ends with the stops ii. When the screws 8 are turned further, the tabs 9 are drawn to the base and the rail, so that the securing element is clamped to the current-carrying rail.
in Anspruch.
Infolge ihrer
