Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Solarkollektor mit zumindest einer photovoltaischen Zelle zur Nutzung von Sonnenenergie.

Photovoltaische Zellen müssen, um sie vor atmosphärischer Korrosion
zu schützen, mit einer transparenten, luftdichten Hülle umgeben sein. Aus diesem Grund werden sie normalerweise zwischen flachen Glasoder
Kunststoffplatten eingeschlossen, die an den Rändern miteinander verklebt sind. Kunststoffplatten haben den Nachteil, daß sie durch
Alterung an Transparenz verlieren und außerdem mehr oder minder feuchtigkeitsdurchlässig sind. In randverklebten Glasplatten entstehen
bei solarer Erwärmung Spannungen, die häufig zu Sprüngen und nachfolgender korrosiver Schädigung führen. Ein weiterer Nachteil der
heute üblichen Einkapselung ist eine Erwärmung der photovoltaischen Schicht im Betrieb, die deren Wirkungsgrad herabsetzt und ihre
Alterung beschleunigt.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, einen Solarkollektor der
eingangs genannten Art so auszubilden, daß eine optimale Nutzung eingestrahlter Sonnenenergie erfolgen kann, wobei ein einfacher und
kompakter Aufbau sowie eine Wartungsfreundlichkeit gegeben sein soll.

Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die photovoltaische
Zelle in einem vakuumdicht verschlossenen Glasrohr auf einem metallischen Trager angeordnet ist, der seinerseits wärmeleitend
mit einem direkt oder indirekt kühlbaren Rohr verbunden ist. Dabei kann der Träger vorzugsweise ein Kupferblech sein. Das Glasrohr
kann entweder evakuiert oder auch mit einem inertem Gas gefüllt werden. Die Kühlung des metallischen Trägers erfolgt durch ein
wärmeleitend mit ihm verbundenes Metallrohr, das entweder von einer Kühlflüssigkeit durchströmt wird oder als Wärmerohr ausgebildet ist,
das die im Inneren des Glasrohres aufgenommene Wärme ableitet.
In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann wahlweise nur auf der
Oberseite oder auf der Ober- und Unterseite des metallischen Trägers jeweils zumindest eine voltaische Zelle angeordnet sein. Letzteres
bedingt, daß unterhalb der Ebene des metallischen Trägers außerhalb des Glasrohres zumindest eine spiegelnde Fläche angeordnet ist, über
die die Sonnenstrahlen auf die auf der Unterseite des metallischen Trägers angeordnete photovoltaische Zelle reflektiert werden. In
weiterer besonders hervorzuhebender Ausgestaltung kann das im Kollektor befindliche metallische Rohr von einem Kühlmittel durchströmt
werden, das mittels einer elektrisch angetriebenen Pumpe umgewälzt wird. Dabei wird die Pumpe elektrisch von zumindest einer der
photovoltaischen Zellen versorgt.
Weitere Einzelheiten, Vorteile und Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus dem in der Zeichnung dargestellten bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel.
In einem Solarkollektor 10 liegt waagrecht in der Mittelebene eines
Glasrohres 12 ein Trägerblech IA, das auf der Ober- und Unterseite
von jeweils zumindest einer photovoltaischen Zelle 16 bzw. 18 bedeckt ist. Mit dem vorzugsweise aus Kupferblech bestehenden Metallträger 14
ist ein umlaufendes Rohr 20 fest verbunden, durch das ein Kühlmittel

strömei. kann. Unterhalb des Glasrohres 12 befindet sich eine optische
Anordnung 22 in Form von Spiegeln, um auf die unten liegende photovoltaische Zelle 18 Strahlen reflektieren zu lassen. Dabei wird
die untere photovoltaische Zelle 18 um so besser ausgenutzt, je größer die optische Apertur der Spiegelanordnung 22 im Verhältnis zu ihrer
Fläche ist.
Die von den photovoltaischen Zellen 16 und 18 nach außen abgeführte
elektrische Leitung kann dazu genutz't werden, eine nicht dargestellte
elektrisch angetriebene Pumpe zu betreiben, die das Kühlmedium durch das innenliegende Metallrohr 20 fördert. Dies ist dann besonders
sinnvoll, wenn ein erfindungsgemäßer Solarkollektor 10 zusammen mit einer thermosolaren Anlage zur Erwärmung einer Flüssigkeit betrieben
wird, da die Leistung eines einzigen Kollektors ausreicht, um den Kühlmittelumlauf in mehreren Kollektoren zu bewirken. Dadurch werden
Brauchwasser- und Prozeßwärmer-Anlagen mit erzwungenem Kühlmittelumlauf
von äußerer Versorgung mit elektrischer Energie unabhängig.
Claims (6)
1. Solarkollektor mit zumindest einer photovoltaischen Zelle zur Nutzung
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die photovoltaische Zelle (16, 18) in einem vakuumdicht verschlossenen
Glasrohr (12) auf einem metallischen Träger (14) angeordnet ist, der wärmeleitend mit einem direkt oder indirekt kühlbaren Rohr (20)
25 verbunden ist.
2. Solarkollektor nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Glasrohr (12) evakuiert ist.
3. Solarkollektor nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Glasrohr (12) mit einem inertem Gas gefüllt ist.
4. Solarkollektor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auf der Ober- und auf der Unterseite des metallischen Trägers (14) jeweils zumindest eine photovoltaische Zelle (16, 18) angeordnet
ist und daß sich außerhalb des Glasrohres (12) und unterhalb der Ebene des metallischen Trägers (14) ein optisches System (22) vorzugsweise
in Form von spiegelnden Flächen befindet.

daß sich in dem in dem Glasrohr (12) befindlichen metallischen Rohr (20) ein Kühlmittel befindet.
6. Solarkollektor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das metallische Rohr (20) als Wärmerohr ausgebildet ist.
