Description
The previously known stones only partially have grooves and tongues on. The association of the stones with one another is only possible through an intermediate layer of mortar, otherwise the stones will not be firmly bonded to one another. Breaks if you tear apart a wall of such stones, the stones will be for the most part destroyed so that they cannot be reused.
The object of the invention is to create a module with which you can build solid masonry without the need for mortar, and its stones are immediately suitable for reuse when the masonry is dismantled. Through this on the one hand the mortar is saved, on the other hand are for the erection of buildings of all kinds hardly any skilled workers required without the joint-proof connection the stones among each other compared to the previously known stone masonry suffers. It does not matter what material the stone is made of and what dimensions it has. It is also possible to keep the stones so small that they can be used for toy building sets. Also is the use of the building block for other than building purposes possible, depending on the one to be used Material rigid disks can be assembled from the stones that too stand at an angle, lie horizontally or can also be curved.
The specified advantages are achieved in that a stone side with a dovetail groove and the opposite side of the stone Side with a tongue corresponding to the dovetail-shaped groove is provided. It does not matter whether the dovetail-shaped Lanyards are located on the bearing sides or the abutment sides of the stone.
The association of the stones with each other is chosen so that by one Stone two adjacent stones are locked together, d. H. that the pen one stone engages in the grooves of two neighboring stones or vice versa. If the connecting means are on the bearing side of the stone, so will according to this rule, the stone of the next layer with its center over the butt joint of the two neighboring stones underneath. Are the Lanyards on the joint side of the stone, this is how the adjoining stone will be offset in height by half a stone height. For edge and layer compensation half stones are used.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in two exemplary embodiments shown. FIG. 1 shows the stone according to the invention in an isometric view with connecting means arranged on its bearing sides, F ig. 2 three assembled Bricks of the embodiment according to Fig. 1, Fig. 3 shows the face of a brick of the embodiment according to Fig. t, Fig. 4 the stone according to the invention with arranged on its abutment sides Connecting means, Fig. 5 three assembled stones of the embodiment according to Fig. 4th
The stone i, the dimensions of which are arbitrary, z. B. can also be the length of the stone is a multiple of its height, has on its lower bearing side a dovetail-shaped groove 2, which extends over the entire length of the stone, while its upper bearing side is shaped according to the groove described Has spring 3. With this solution, the butt and face sides are flat held. However, it is also possible to arrange grooves on the butt sides in a known manner, into which a spring is pushed to seal the joint, if necessary is. However, other devices known for joint sealing can also be used will.
In Fig. 2 three stones of the type described above are put together. - One can clearly see here that through stone 4, the stones; and 6 among each other get connected.
The situation is similar with <learning example, which in the figures 4 and 5 is shown. The same lanyards are used here, however on the abutting sides of the stone. From Fig. 5 it can still be seen that the stone ; opposite <fine stone 8 is offset by half the stone height.
