Ceiling hollow stone pair, especially for steel stone ceilings The invention
relates to a pair of hollow stone slabs for the production of static and structural
flawless solid ceilings, especially for residential construction. The hollow stones in the ceiling
are versatile due to their special shapes and are primarily intended
serve for the production of steel stone beams. The simple introduction of the steel inserts
into the recesses provided in the tension and compression zones in one operation,
the production of the steel stone beams in layers on top of each other and the resulting low
Use of work and storage space, the wide range of possible uses,
the simple laying, the elimination of auxiliary formwork when laying the steel stone beams
as well as a series production should help to reduce the
current building price is effected and that in place of the now usual wooden beam ceilings
Solid ceilings are being used to a greater extent and thus again the
valuable building material wood is saved. The production of hollow ceiling stones is known
according to different systems and their use for the production of solid ceilings.
There are simple hollow ceilings for the production of caps between profile girders
and for the production of stone iron and reinforced concrete rib ceilings. Also the use
of hollow ceilings for the production of steel stone beams is known.

An beiden Seiten
An
in drei gut aasgerundete Hohlräume unterteilt. Putzrillen befinden sich an allen
Seiten.

Heights can be produced without the basic shape undergoing any change. The lower one
Surface has baseboards on both sides to form the ribs. On both sides
are the well-rounded recesses for inserting the steel inserts. At
these points above the baseboards is the cross-section of the pair of ceiling stones
somewhat narrowed. There is a recess on the upper side for insertion
the transport reinforcement, which is used to absorb the compressive stress

divided into three well-rounded cavities. Cleaning grooves are on all
Pages. Of your pair of ceiling stones, one of the ceiling stones has vertical and
the other sloping side walls.
Bedingungen. The peculiarity of the hollow stone pair lies in its favorable
Cross-sections, in the structural design and the resulting good
Properties of the pair of ceiling stones. It meets the stated requirements to a high degree
Conditions.

Fig. 3 tiiid 3" zeigen diese
besonders gute homogene Decke ergibt. Fig.:1
So zeigt z. B. Fig. 5 die Verwendung von Decken-
hohlsteinen mit schrägen Seitenwänden zur Her-
stellung von Stahlsteinbalken für leichte Decken, bei
denen Holzfußboden verlegt werden soll. Die
Lagerhölzer können gegebenenfalls zur Aufnahme
der Druckspannungen mit herangezogen werden.
Bei Herstellung der Stahlsteinbalken kann die
Stahlbewehrung der Zug- find der Druckzone gleich-
zeitig eingebracht \%-erden. Es ist daher möglich, die Stahlsteinbalken
i» Lagen übereinander herzustellen. Die Einsparung von Arbeits- und Lagerraum ist
dadurch sehr erheblich. In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in some exemplary embodiments. Fig. I shows a ceiling hollow stone with vertical side walls (18 cm stone height), Fig. A a ceiling hollow stone with sloping side walls (18 cm stone height), Fig. 3 a partial cross-section of a ceiling type, made of steel stone beams using the ceiling hollow stone pair according to the invention with additional the construction site introduced steel reinforcement in the ribs (18 cm stone height), Fig. 3a a partial section of a ceiling, made of steel stone beams using the ceiling hollow stone pair according to the invention finite additional steel reinforcement introduced on the construction site in the ribs (18 cm stone height), Fig., I a partial section of a ceiling made from steel stone beams using the hollow stone pair according to the invention with different stone heights and additional steel reinforcement in the ribs (stone height 18 and 20 cm) on the construction site. The transport reinforcement exposed on the steel stone beams above the 18 cm high ceiling stone can be combined with the upper distribution reinforcement in the pressure zone, which is on is brought into the construction site, connected to earth.
This results in particularly good bracing
achieved the ceiling. In the figure, the distribution
Reinforcement omitted for a better overview
been and
Fig. 5 shows a partial cross-section of a ceiling type,
suitable for low loads from steel stone beams
using the Ihcl <eliluihlstein after the
Invention with sloping side walls.
The major advance and improvement
of the hollow stone pair according to the invention
compared to the previously known types of ceiling
hollow stones is due in particular to the following:
The pair of ceiling stones has above the foot
make an incision, it results in such a
broadened rib. Received the ceiling hololiths
thus, after filling in the ribs, a
especially good and constructi \ crwiinschtcn 1-old,
and the whole ceiling is well braced.
By alternately laying ceiling
hollow stones with vertical and inclined side
walls result in extremely advantageous interlocking
that a constructively particularly desirable
intimate connection between hollow ceiling stones
and effect concrete. Fig. 3 to 3 "show this
Type of laying.
The good connection between ceiling stones and
Concrete can be used for particularly stressed ceilings
by laying ceiling hollow stones with
at different heights can be significantly improved
the. It is possible to use the steel
Reinforcement in the pressure zone of the steel stone beams
with the distribution reinforcement in the pressure zone
to connect the site concrete, so that a
results in a particularly good homogeneous ceiling. Fig .: 1
shows this type of laying.
The fact that in the manufacture of the steel stone
beam the steel inserts in open recesses
be relocated, it is possible to find the correct location of the
Steel inserts and an intimate connection between
Mortar and steel inserts and hollow ceilings
to achieve and also to control.
The steel inserts are given by the special
Shape of the recesses in the hollow stones in the ceiling
a statically good position in the tension zone, and the fullness: a-
have a secure footprint thanks to the footbridge that has been brought up
Stop in the concrete.
Thanks to the conveniently arranged bars inside
of the hollow stones in the ceiling result in strong
formed base points in which the steel inserts well
are embedded and well-rounded inner hollow
spaces that give the hollow ceiling stones a large
to give.
It is possible to have just one for special cases
To use the shape of the hollow stone pair.
So shows z. B. Fig. 5 shows the use of ceiling
hollow stones with sloping side walls to
provision of steel stone beams for light ceilings
where wooden floors are to be laid. the
Storage timbers can optionally be used for inclusion
the compressive stresses are also used.
When producing the steel stone beams, the
Steel reinforcement of the tension and the compression zone
introduced early \% - earth. It is therefore possible to produce the steel stone beams in layers one on top of the other. This saves work and storage space very considerably.
