Warning signal device on superstructures The invention relates to a warning signal device
at crossings that are near a train station. She is special
applicable in cases where a station close to the crossing is not occupied
is. Normally the crossing warning signal is switched on by the train,
if there is a rail contact, an insulating rail, at a certain distance from the crossing
or the like. If there is a train station between this switch-on and the crossing
is where the train is to stop, then the train would be the crossing warning device
switch on too early. In this case, the switch-on point must be made ineffective,
so that it only takes effect when trains are passing through. With one at the train station
stopping train, however, the Überwegwarnsi.gnaleinrichtung by a special
Button or switched on by opening the exit signal. Now would be a
Switch-on point are made ineffective because the station master assumes that
Train should stop while it is actually a passing train,
so the train would drive over the crossing without the crossing warning device
would be switched on. This is prevented according to the invention in that a special
Relay is provided, through which the shutdown of the switch-on point
is rendered ineffective if it is not done in time, d. H. when the stationmaster
did not press the drive-through button in time.

In
K 4, K 5 soll nun ein unbesetzter Bahnhof A liegen.
In diesem Stromkreis befindet
verhindert. The track C is crossed by a crossing W at the point D. The activation of the warning signals S i, S 2 is brought about by rail contacts K 1, K 2 which, in a known manner, cause the switch-on relays 10, 20 to drop out. In the opposite direction, the switch-on is effected by the rail contacts K 4 and K 5, which are also arranged in the circuit of the relays io and 2o. At the crossing there is another rail contact K 3, which switches off the signaling device. An unoccupied station A should now be located between the crossing W and the switch-on point K 4, K 5. As soon as it is a matter of a train coming from the neighboring station B that is to pass through, the rail contacts K 4, K 5 cause the warning signals to be switched on in the normal way. If, on the other hand, a train is to stop at station A , the rail contacts K 4, K 5 must be rendered ineffective, which is caused by the fact that at a corresponding distance from the switch-on point, e.g. B. in. A distance of 30 m, another rail contact K6 is arranged. The rail contact K 6 brings, when it is closed, a relay 30 to attract, which makes itself independent via a Sel @ bstschlusskontakt 33 and with corresponding contacts 31 and 32 bridges the rail contacts K 4, K 5 , so that the relays io and 2o cannot fall off. If the train then stopped at station A, z. B. turned on by pressing a button T i, the overhead warning signal device as soon as the train is to start moving. It must now be prevented that the EinaItkontakte when driving on the contact K 6 becomes effective when a passing train is reported. This is done in the present case by a button T 2 on the neighboring station B. If the attendant presses the button T 2, a relay 4o is activated by a contact on the button. brought, which makes itself independent via a self-closing contact 44 and by breaking a contact 41 keeps the relay 30 in the dropped position. Closing contact K6 is now ineffective. The contacts 31 and 32 remain interrupted and when the switch-on point K 4, K 5 is driven, the relays io and 20 drop out and switch on the over-travel warning signal device. When the button T 2 is pressed, the signal V i is switched from red to green or white at the same time. This is brought about by corresponding contacts 42 and 43 in the circuit of the white lamp L i and the red lamp L 2. Now suppose that a train should pass through, but the guard at B did not press button T 2 in time. Now that the train has already driven on contact K 6, the attendant presses button T 2. This would now set signal V i to travel via relay 4o. However, by driving on K 6, the train made the switch-on contacts K, 4, K 5 ineffective. The consequence of this would be that the train would now drive over the crossing without the warning signal device being switched on. In order to prevent this, a contact 33 is arranged in the circuit of the relay 4o, through which the attraction of the relay 4o is prevented as soon as K 6 has already been driven on, ie pressing the button T 2 for the passage of a train is only effective if the button is pressed before the contact K 6 is driven over. If, on the other hand, the attendant would press button T 2 after driving on contact K 6, the signal V i can no longer change from red to white, and the train must stop at station A, this can press button T i die Ül> turn on the warning signal device and continue driving. Pressing T i causes a relay 5o to be attracted, which has corresponding contacts 51 and 52 in the circuit of the switch-on relays io and 2o. At the same time, the relay 40 is attracted by a contact 53, which switches the signal V i from red to white. In this circuit there is still a contact 61 of the signal actuator, not shown, so that the driving position of the signal can only take place when it is checked that the over-travel warning signal device has been switched on. It could now be the case that the attendant at B has pressed the T 2 button for a supposedly passing train while it actually stops at station A. The train has switched on the crossing warning signal, although it may have to stop at station A for a longer time. In order to be able to switch off the overhead warning signal device again in this case, a relay 70 is provided, which is brought to attract via a key contact T 3 and with a corresponding contact 71 interrupts the circuit via which the relay 40 with the self-closing contact 44 is kept attracted. 40 drops and brings the signal V i to a halt. The relay 70 bridges the self-interrupting contacts ii and 21 of the switch-on relays io and 2o with corresponding contacts 72, 73. In this bypass circuit @ there are still contacts 45, 46 of the relay 40, whereby it is determined that 40 has come to drop out. When the contacts 72, 73 close, the relays io and 20 pull again, whereby the idle state of the over-travel warning signal device is restored. The contacts 47 and 48 in the circuit of the switch-on relay monitor the operation of the relay 40. 5a is a contact on the blocking relay, which prevents the switching on of the signaling device by the switch-on rail contacts behind the crossing in the direction of travel.
