Load lifter, especially for motor vehicles
the flat earth on a transport. Loading or unloading a vehicle is customary
Beams or planks are used, one end of which is on the ground and with
the other end on the loading area of the vehicle. The shift of a
Load on. an inclined plane formed in this way is quite cumbersome
and exhausting. With round cargo, such as B. Barrels, this work is also
very dangerous and has led to many accidents. Another disadvantage
also results from the fact that considerably for the establishment of the inclined plane
Space is required, which is occasionally not available, so that the cargo to
must be unloaded at a distant location. Furthermore, the bars or
Planks are always carried along as they are used for both loading and
Unloading are needed. However, this means that part of the valuable cargo space or
some of the load capacity is lost.
According to the invention, all these disadvantages are avoided in that on
rear part of the vehicle a lifting platform that can be pushed up and off in the vertical direction
is provided.
In der Zeichnung ist schematisch eine beisp. Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes
dargestellt.
in verschiedenen Steuerstellungen. In the drawing is a schematic example. Embodiment of the subject matter of the invention
shown. FIG. 1 shows a schematic view of a vehicle from FIG
Page, Fig. 2 is a plan view of Fig. I and Figs. 3 to 5 an oil pressure control valve
in different control positions.
In Fig. i bedeutet i eine Hebebühne, welche in zwei mit dem Fahrzeug
fest verbundenen Laufschienen 2 auf- und abgleiten kann. Da die Hebebühne i
frei.
dann nach vorn gegenläufig über zwei waagrecht liegende Seilrollen i i bzw.
2o an der Laufbühne i
Es ist leicht ersichtlich, daß durch die beschriebene Anordnung der Seilzüge 6;
an seinen Enden in ihn einmündende Druckleitungen 26 bzw.
Senken der Hebebühne i angewandt.
In der Steuerstellung IT
Heben der Hebebühne i.
In FIG. I, i denotes a lifting platform which can slide up and down in two running rails 2 that are firmly connected to the vehicle. Since the lift i is free. is load-bearing, she practices. Load a considerable bending moment in the 'clockwise direction on the two rails 2. The latter are therefore secured against bending by a cable 3 arranged on the side of the vehicle, which is fastened on the one hand at point 4 to the running rails and on the other hand at point 5 on the front vehicle chassis. Two cables 6 and 7 are used to operate the lifting platform i, one end of which is firmly connected at the points 8 and 9 to a frame io firmly connected to the rails 2, as can be clearly seen from FIG two horizontally lying pulleys ii and 12 are guided, whereupon they move backwards over two further horizontally arranged pulleys 13 and 14, then outwards to two vertical pulleys 17 and 18 and then down to two fastening points i9 and 2o the gangway i are guided, where their ends are firmly anchored. The pulleys 13 to 20 are all rotatably mounted in parts that are firmly connected to the frame io. This has the advantage that all pulleys 13 to 2o are already in their correct place during the assembly of the lifting platform i. For the sake of clarity, the cable roller bearings have not been shown in FIGS. The axis 21 of the two horizontal pulleys ii and 12 lying one above the other, however, is mounted in a fork 22. It is easy to see that the described arrangement of the cables 6; 7 and the pulleys ii to 2o a shift of the two pulleys 11, 12 or the fork 22 to the left results in an upward movement of the lifting platform i, while a shift of these parts to the right results in a downward movement of the lifting platform i. The fork 22 is preferably connected to the piston 24 of an oil pressure cylinder 25 via a piston rod 23. From the described guidance of the cables 6, 7 it follows that the path which the piston 24 has to cover for a full stroke of the lifting platform i is exactly equal to half of this stroke. The oil pressure cylinder 25 is connected to an oil pressure control valve 28 via two pressure lines 26 and 27 opening into it at its ends, which on the one hand via an oil pressure line 31, which has two connections 29 and 3o on the oil pressure control valve 28, to an oil pressure pump 32 and on the other hand via an. Oil pressure control valve 28 having three connections 33, 34 and 35 backflow line 36 @ is in communication with an oil reservoir 37. A line 38 connects the oil reservoir 37 with the oil pressure pump 32. The oil pressure control valve 28 has a piston rod 39 on which. four control pistons 4o to 43 are arranged. It can take three different control positions I to III. In Fig. 3, the control position I is shown, in which the control piston 4o to 43 are in their left end position. This control position is used to lower the lift i. The 01 comes from the oil reservoir 37 via the line 38 to the oil pressure pump 32, where it is pressurized. The pressure oil flows from the oil pressure pump via line 31 and the two connections 29, 30 to the oil pressure control valve 28. The connection 30 is in this operating position by the. Piston 43 closed, while port 29 is open. As a result, the pressurized oil flows via line 26 into the left piston chamber of oil pressure cylinder 25 and moves piston 24 to the right, which lowers lifting platform i 01 located 01 is pushed back via the line 27 into the oil pressure control valve 28 and arrives via the connection 34 in the return flow line 36 back to the oil reservoir 38. The remaining connections 33 and 35 of the return flow line are closed in this position of the control piston 40 to 43. In the control position IT of the oil pressure control valve 28, which is shown in Fig. 4, the control piston 4o to 43 are in their middle position., This control position is used to block the lift i in a certain position, namely that every movement of the piston 24. This is achieved in that the control pistons 40 and 41 of the oil pressure control valve 28 open the openings to the lines Hold closed 26, 27, so that no longer can be forced into the oil pressure cylinder 25 or pushed out 01. In this operating position, the oil pressure pump 32 can still run without fear of damage to the device, since an idle path is provided for the pressurized oil, which leads via the line 31, connection 30, oil pressure control valve 28, connection 35 and return line 36. In the operating position III of the oil pressure control valve 28, which is shown in FIG. 5, the control pistons 40 to 43 are in their right end position. This position is used to lift the lift i. The oil reaches the oil pressure pump 32 via the line 38 from the oil reservoir 37 and from there via the line 31 to the connections 29 and 3o on the oil pressure control valve 28. In this operating position, the connection 3o is closed by the control piston 42, while the connection 29 is open again. This time, however, the connection 29 is not connected to the line 26 via the oil pressure control valve 28, but to the line 27. As a result, the pressurized oil reaches the right piston chamber of the oil pressure cylinder 25, and the piston 24 is displaced from right to left, which causes the lifting platform i to be raised. The oil in the left piston chamber of the oil pressure cylinder 25 is pressed out of it and returns to the oil reservoir 37 via the line 26, the oil pressure control valve 28, the connection 33 and via the return line 36.
