Claims (7)

DE/EP O 807 02Q T1 Patentansprüche
1. SchichtStruktur, welche
- eine erste und eine zweite Lage aus gewebtem Material, das mit einem Bindemittel imprägniert ist,
- eine Folie aus einem nicht mit dem der Lagen identischen Material, die zwischen ihnen eingelegt ist,
- eine erste Reihe ausgerichteter Löcher, welche durch die Lagen und die Folie führen, um durch sie hindurch Befestigungselemente für ein Verbindungsteil anzubringen, und
- eine zweite Reihe nur in der Folie gebildeter Löcher
umfaßt, wobei das Bindemittel auf den einander gegenüberliegenden Flächen der jeweiligen Lage und Folie haftet und sämtliche Löcher der zweiten Reihe das Bindemittel aufnehmen, wobei sich Stifte bilden, welche die Lagen und die Folie ergreifen, wodurch die Lastübertragung zwischen ihnen erleichtert wird.
2. Struktur nach Anspruch 1, worin die erste und die zweite Gewebelage aus einem Graphitmaterial bestehen.
3. Struktur nach Anspruch 1, worin die eingelegte Folie aus einem Titanmaterial besteht.
4. Struktur nach Anspruch 1, worin das Bindemittel ein Epoxidharz ist.
5. Geschichtete Verbundstruktur mit eingelegten dünnen Metallfolien, die
- eine Vielzahl beabstandeter Lagen aus gewebtem nichtmetallischem Verbundmaterial, das mit einem Epoxidharzmaterial imprägniert ist,
- mindestens eine dünne Metallfolie, die zwischen zwei benachbarten Lagen eingelegt ist,
- eine erste Reihe ausgerichteter Löcher, welche durch die Lagen und die Folie führen, um durch sie hindurch Befestigungselemente für ein Verbindungsteil anzubringen, und
- eine zweite Reihe nur in der Folie gebildeter Löcher
umfaßt, wobei das Epoxidharzmaterial die einander gegenüberliegenden Flächen der jeweiligen Lage und Folie zusammenklebt und sämtliche Löcher der zweiten Reihe das Bindemittel aufnehmen, wobei sich Stifte bilden, welche die Lagen und die Metallfolie ergreifen, wodurch im Fall einer vollständigen Entschichtung zwischen den Lagen und der angrenzenden Metallfolie die Lastübertragung von den Lagen auf die Folie erleichtert wird.
6. Struktur nach Anspruch 5, worin die Lagen aus einem Graphitmaterial hergestellt sind.
7. Struktur nach Anspruch 5, worin die Folie aus Titan hergestellt ist.
