Die nachstehend beschriebene Vorrichtung bezieht sich hauptsächlich auf Kochgefäfse mit Alarm- bezw. Dann ist es gleichgültig, in welcher Entfernung vom Gefäfsboden der Ausgufs sich befindet und ob der Deckel fest schliefst oder nur lose aufsitzt.
