Description

-Process for the production of pure carbon according to the foam swimming process, in which the foam products in several stages with a constant supply of fresh water The invention relates to a method for producing Pure carbon according to the foam swimming process, in which the foam products in several Steps can be swum under constant supply of fresh water, as it is in your Main patent 746 179 is described. According to the main patent, the foam products dehydrated on vacuum filters before each post-cleaning stage, then in Fresh water slurried and swum once or several times. The procedure according to the main patent, d. H. intermediate drainage of foam products on vacuum filters, will generally be used when a coarser crushing of the coal before the foam swim preparation, e.g. B. is sufficient to less than 0.6 mm. In further Development of the idea of the main patent is proposed according to the invention, the dewatering of the foam products before each post-cleaning stage on one To make a sling. One such ;. Intermediate drainage is preferred for finer digested coal of, for example, less than 0.2 mm must be used. The usage from centrifuging to dewatering is known per se. Your application within the Combination protected in the main patent in exchange for vacuum filter results in a significant improvement and simplification of the previously known processes, as the floating agent emulsified in the sludge due to the interposed dewatering as well as the colloidal components and possibly also solved Salts are removed. It is also advantageous when the tissue tension the centrifuge can be chosen so that the ash-rich fine sludge with the Filtratevasser'-drained. -
