Description
Herstellung von Farblacken Bekannt ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Farblacken, darin bestehend, daß man basische Farbstoffe mit löslichen Ferrocyaniden und Kupfersalzen umsetzt und die so erhaltene Cupriverbindung durch Reduktionsmittel in die Cuproverbindung überführt. Zur Herstellung dieser Fablacke sind also zwei Arbeitsgänge nötig, ,die Fällung der Cupriverbindung und die Reduktion derselben zur Cuproverbindung. Wie eine Nacharbeitung dieses Verfahrens ergeben hat, ist die Durchführung der Reduktion mit großen Schwierigkeiten verbunden. Der Erfinder dieses bekannten Verfahrens gab zudem selbst an, daß die so erhaltenen Farblacke an der Luft durch Oxydation wieder einen Teil ihrer Lebhaftigkeit einbüßen; auch sei es nicht gelungen, dass Kupfer durch andere Metalle zu ersetzen.Production of colored lacquers A process for production is known of color lakes, consisting in the fact that basic dyes with soluble ferrocyanides and converts copper salts and the cupri compound thus obtained by reducing agents converted into the cupro compound. Ihre Darstellung ist gegenüber den bekannten Cuprokaliumferrocyanidverbindungen bedeutend einfacher, da Zink in Verbindungen grundsätzlich nur zweiwertig auftreten kann, eine nachträgliche Recuktion sich also erübrigt. Beispiel Zu einer wäßrigen Lösung von I2 Gewichtsteilen gelben Blutlaugensalzes (K4Fe (CN)6) werden 4 Gewichtsteile Rhodanin 6 G extra gegeben.
