Ausgemauerter Zellstoff-Drehkocher Bei ausgemauerten Zellstoff-Drehkochern
.Lined pulp rotary cooker For lined pulp rotary cookers
you have to separate the liquor from the pulp at the filling and emptying opening
opposite digester bottom built a sieve into the total area of this bottom
and between this sieve and the bottom of the digester a drainage of the liquor is possible
Leave the space in between, the caustic collecting duct. .
Usually made of ceramic, alkali-resistant building material
Existing brickwork, in which particular attention was paid to good joint density
is the metal stove jacket against premature destruction by the lye
protected. The built-in sieve, however, was made of metal. This resulted in its installation
in the brick lining at the points where the retaining bolts of the screen cover the brick lining
Need to penetrate leaks that allow caustic seepage between the lining
and metal jacket. In addition, they affected the screen to be formed
of the caustic collecting channels against the bottom supporting bolts by their protrusion
towards the inside of the cooker, the smooth sieve surface.
stark be-
anspruchte Sieb aus dem gegen diese An-
griffe widerstandsfähigeren, keramischen
Baustoff ausgeführt «-erden kann.
Das das Sieb bildende Kugelgewölbe trägt
:ich nach dem Kocherinnenraum zu selbst,
bildet also für den freien Kocherrauin eine
durch keinerlei Halteglieder unterbrochene
glatte Bodenfläche. -Nach der Gewölbeaußen-
seite hin wird das Sieb durch Stützglieder,
die zwischen Sieb- und Kocherbodenschale
liegende selbständige Bauteile sein können,
abgestützt. Zweckmäßig werden diese Stütz-
glieder, beispielsweise in Form von Eck-
füßen, jedoch finit den Siebplatten fest ver-
bunden. Auch kann die unterhalb des Sieb-
bodens liegende Kocherausmauerung Aus-
kleidungsplatten erhalten, die mit gegen das
Siebgewölbe gerichteten Stützgliedern ver-
sehen sind. Vorteilhaft entsprechen diese Aus-
kleidungsplatten in ihrer Größe jeweils einer
gegenüberliegenden Siebplatte. Siebplatten
und Auskleidungsplatten können auch gleich-
zeitig mit solchen Stützgliedern versehen sein.
Werden dabei die Stützglieder sich gegen-
überliegend angeordnet, so ist nur die Hälfte
ihrer Höhe erforderlich, wodurch die Gefahr
des Abbrechens bei Lagerung und beim
Transport vermindert ist. In dieseln Sinne
Kochers, dienen.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht eine Aus-
fiihrungsforni der erfindungsgemäßen Kocher-
ausbildung.

In contrast, the sieve bottom of the digester is made up of individual ceramic sieve plates that form a spherical vault and are provided on their outer surface with support members that bridge the caustic collecting channels between the digester bottom and the sieve and are directed towards the digester bottom. What is achieved here is that this too is mechanically strongly affected not only by the lye, but also "by the pulp mass. the sieve claimed against this claim
