Description

Process for the continuous production of webs from hectographic Color paper The invention relates to a method for the continuous production of Lanes of hectographic color pa £ # er with color-free ends, which are primarily are intended for the production of mirror image originals. Hectographic color paper It is well known that it rubs off easily, because the color runs strongly when exposed to liquid and is very difficult to remove from dirty hands or clothing removable.

You have already tried to deposit and remove each time To avoid individual hecto-color sheets by making the hecto-color paper similar made like ordinary carbon paper in certain lengths of about 5 to 30 m, rolled up and used draining from the roll.

According to the invention, this manufacturing process is considerably improved, and above all simplified and accelerated, that the hectographic color mass is applied at constant intervals to a paper web of any length, about 300 to 300 inches, and the web is then separated approximately in the middle of the color-free areas will. The partial webs produced in this way, for example 30 m in length with color-free ends of for example each So cm in length, are then rolled up in the usual way, the rolls are clamped in a wrapper of the typewriter and used by unrolling to produce the mirror image orginals without the color paper being removed each time Hand must be touched.

A similar process has already been used to produce internally paraffinized, cylindrical paper packs for food, paint, etc. used. Here was the paraffin by dipping a paper web in a paraffin bath in proportion short, and applied at such intervals that only the inner wall of each one piece The container to be produced was paraffinized. Furthermore had to the separation of the individual sections at the borderline of each paraffin Partly against the unprepared part of the paper tape, what happens in the process would not be applicable according to the invention, since this type of separation is not applicable to both Ends a coating-free area results. The main difference is that known method of the present in that in the former the paper web must be completely immersed in the paraffin bath. In contrast, the production demands hectographic color paper only one-sided application of the color mass, because the color otherwise also transferred to the typewriter roller, it is completely dirty and become unusable for ordinary typewriter use.
