Da diese Lösungsmittel niedrigere Siedetemperaturen als Wasser haben, wird die Arbeitstemperatur bei der Extraktion herabgesetzt. Eiweißverluste treten dabei ebensowenig wie bei der Behandlung mit Lochendern Wasser ein.
