Zum Verdünnen kann nuneine kleine Menge Verbrennungsgas dem Auspuff entnommen und auf den erforderlichen Einblasedruck verdichtet werden, oder aber es wird auf den. entsprechenden Druck gebrachter bzw. bei diesem Druck erzeugter trockner oder überhitzter Dampf verwendet, der mittels im Arbeitsprozeß anfallender Abhitze erhalten sein kann. Hierbei werden unter mittleren Treibstoffen alle die öle verstanden, deren überwiegende Anteile von i5 o bi's 2 5 o° C sieden, und unter leichteren Treibstoffen solche, deren überwiegende Anteile unter i 5o' C sieden. Durch das Verfahren der vorliegenden Erfindung wird es ermöglicht, anstatt schwerer Dieselöle, die in nicht ausreichender Menge als Inlandserzeugnis zur Verfügung stehen, auch mittlere und leichtere Treibstoffe, deren Anfall in Deutschland wesentlich größer ist, ohne den obengenannten Übelstand als Betriebsstoff für Dieselinoto@ren zu verwenden.According to the present invention.
