An sich sind Rollladenkasten aus Holzfaser, Sperrholz oder Schaumstoffe bekannt, die man als Fertigteil auf die Mauer setzen kann bzw. einmauern kann. Alle diene Rollr>äenk;isten h';ben den Nachteil, daß wegen ihrer Materialien z.B. HolzKonstrul.'tion keinerlei Tragfähigkeit für das daraufkommende Mauerwerk haben. Auch ist Holz zum Einmauern ungeeignet v.-eil es im Mauerwerk schwindet oder dehnt und sich am Verputz gerne Risse bilden oder sonst durch Ternperatureinwirkunrren abzeichnen. Auch ist es ein Nachteil, daß der Rolladeneinlaufschlitz wegen dos Durchlas f.-„ eine größere Luft hrben muß und dadurch durch Wind innen st: r ausgekühlt wird, was anderseits mehr Heizkostenaufwand für den Wohnraum bedarf. Auch ist durch den nicht abgedichteten Einlaufschlitz nicht nur eine schlechte Kälteisolierung sondern auch der Schall dringt in den Wohnraum.Roller shutter boxes made of wood fiber, plywood or foams are known, which can be placed on the wall as a prefabricated part or can be walled in. Wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich ist, besteht dieser Rolladenkasten im wesentlichen aus hochkantgestellten Stahlprofile, die natürlicherweise eine hohe Tragkraft aufweisen und keinerlei Dehnungen, v/i e Holz udgl„ unterliegen. Diese Stahlprofile sind so abgekantet, daß die seitlich innen und außen befindlichen Isolierplatten, die als Putzträger dienen, stramm mit eingepreßt werden können. Zur weiteren Versteifung werden diese Stahlprofile in Senkrecht-Richtung mit sog. Sinkeneinprägungen zusätzlich versteift. Das obere Stahlabdeckbrett , sowie die Vv'alzenaufnahmelagerung ist in einem Stück an den Ecken vierte]rund abgekantet und mit den Seitenteilen fest verschweißt. Das ergibt eine äußerst stabile Stahlkonstruktion, die in den meisten Fällen einen sog. Fenstersturz darüberlegen erübrigt. Besonders hat diese Konstruktion bei Umbauten, wo Holzgebälg darüber ist und zur Einsetzung eines Extra Fenstbetonsturzes kein !latz mehrIt was therefore necessary to look for a new roller shutter construction that remedied this deficiency.
