Photocell with limited angle of view By the angle of view of a photocell
To limit, it is known to use directional diaphragms in the beam path in front of the photocell
be attached to use. Such screens exist in the simplest form
from a tube blackened on the inside, which is in front of the photocell in the room where the radiation is incident
is attached. Another embodiment of such diaphragms are the known ones
Honeycomb panels. It is also known to use lenses to limit the angle of view
to use.
Raumbedarf erforderlich machen. To achieve a limitation of the angle of view, additional
Means required, which, in addition to the material required for this, have the disadvantage
have that they z. B. when installing the photocells in any devices a larger one
Require space.
The object of the invention is to address the disadvantages described above
to eliminate. The invention consists in the fact that in a photocell a reflective,
the anode arranged opposite the light entry window is provided, which only consists of
light entering a certain angular range through the light entry window
to a photoelectric which is arranged around this window and is limited in extent
Layer reflects, while outside the specified angle range incident
Rays of light onto a light-trapping substance that covers the remaining parts of the cell body
impinge immediately or after reflection by the anode.
lichtelektrisch wirksame Schicht q. reflektiert.
The invention is described using an exemplary embodiment. The figure shows a photocell I with a light entry window a. The anode 3, which is designed to be reflective, is shaped and assigned to the light entry window in such a way that it transfers the light incident through the window a onto the photoelectrically effective layer q located around the window. reflected. The electrons released in this by the light are attracted to the anode 3. As can be seen from the drawing, rays 5, 6, 7 fall on the photoelectric layer. A beam 8, on the other hand, is reflected in such a way that it no longer falls on the photoelectric layer, but on the wall of the cell, which is expediently provided with a light-catching substance on the inside or outside at these points. A beam 9, which falls into the cell at an even greater angle, no longer reaches the reflective anode 3 at all, but falls directly on the cell body, which is expediently provided with a light-trapping substance. Reliable limitation of the angle of view is thus achieved through the structure and arrangement of the electrodes according to the image.
