Description
Verwendet man z. Process for the preparation of sulfonated cerulein It has been found that sulphonated cerulein is obtained when dehydrating on reduced Ga.llein and at the same time sulfonating agents, such as concentrated sulfuric acid, Monohydrate, oleum of various concentrations, chlorosulphonic acid. It is thus possible, under very mild conditions, even at room temperature, i. H. at 2o to 3o ° C, the anthraquinone ring, gschluss (cerulein) and the sulfonation of the resulting cerulein. The implementation takes place in two separable " Stages. If you use z. B. 96% sulfuric acid as a dehydrating agent; so in the cold it is mainly the non-sulphonated leuco compound that is formed of cerulein. Cerulinic acid is only produced by gently warming the solution.
It can be assumed that the formation of sulphonated cerulein after the present process proceeds via reduction stages of this dye. In In this sense, sulfonated cerulein should also include reduction stages of this dye be understood.
The production of sulfonated ceruleins is already known (see patent specification 445 847). After this. Process are ceruleine in the presence treated by boric acid with fuming sulfuric acid. So we are according to that Example of the cited patent specification 4 parts of cerulein with 3 parts of crystallized Boric acid and 30 parts of fuming sulfuric acid with 60% S O3 content for 2 to 3 hours heated to r3o to 14o ° C.
-Beispiel i 40 Gewichtsteile reduziertes Gallein (erhältlich nach B u c h k a, Annalen der Chemie. In contrast, the present new method allows. the production of sulfonated cerulein under much milder conditions. In addition, ceruleinsulphonic acids are obtained according to the present process, which are distinguished from the cerulinsulphonic acids obtainable according to patent specification 445 847 in that they dye silk in the presence of chrome stain in livelier and lighter shades. Example i 40 parts by weight of reduced bile (obtainable from B uchka, Annalen der Chemie. Volume 2o9, page 268, or by reducing bile in an acidic aqueous solution, e.g. with zinc and hydrochloric acid) are cooled at o to ro ° C registered in zoo parts by weight of chlorosulfonic acid. The temperature is allowed to rise slowly and the mixture is stirred at 25 ° to 30 ° C. for several hours until, when a sample precipitated with water is shaken out with ether, it no longer takes on a yellow, green fluorescent color. The solution is then introduced into ice-containing water and the sulfonic acid is separated off by adding sodium chloride. After filtering off, washing with sodium chloride solution and drying, a dark powder is obtained which, in the presence of chrome stain, dyes silk in lively, pure, green tones.
Instead of chlorosulphonic acid, dze` the same amount by weight of sulfuric acid Morio '" hydrate or weak oleum can be used.
Example 2 40 parts by weight of reduced bile are used at o to i o ° C entered in 15o Ge,% by weight concentrated 96% sulfuric acid. then 51 parts by weight of 60% strength oleum are allowed to slowly flow in at the same temperature. Otherwise, the procedure is as follows: the information in Example i and the same cerulinic sulfonic acid is obtained.
If you use 96% sulfuric acid, then - to carry out the Implementation of easy, @ rcyärmen required.
